Staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked a twin / double room for 2 and the room actual had two double beds so could have comfortably slept 4 people. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is very convenient for exploring Guguan and perfect for climbing Bojinjia Shan.

Hong KongOur room was near the lift lobby. Sometime it can be very noisey when some other unconsiderate guests talked loudly when waiting for the lifts. The worse thing of all was the WiFi in the room was so weak that it was practically useless.
Location of the hotel was extremely convenient. Our room was on a high floor and facing the river with a good view.

It was the best stay we had in Taiwan! Light, clean and well-equipped room with a great view. It was handy to have a tap with drinking water and both bath and shower. Most of the staff don’t speak English but they are very eager to help and could efficiently communicate through Google translate. The reception organized a shuttle to get to the trail head of a mountain nearby. Hot springs facilities are also very nice, clean and well organized
