Everything was perfect

The location was perfect - a lot of restaurants nearby, laundromat right next to it and the night market is a 15 Minute walk away. The apartment had everything we needed and was really clean. The owners were really welcoming and were always helpful if we needed something. If we ever come back we would definitely stay here again.

The hot water runs out quite quickly however I was informed about it on check in ;)

I loved the design, well equipped apartment with everything you might need for a short stay. Super helpful, considerate and friendly stuff too

An extra shelf in the bathroom would have been handy, as well as a stool to sit on to put on shoes. The room is “no shoes”.

No breakfast was provided, but there’s a Family Mart nearby. Coin laundry downstairs was handy, as well as the parking space. Great location opposite an excellent Thai restaurant, A-one. The host was helpful and very honest: we left behind a watch and rings and he promptly called me.

Great location 1 block back from the Main Street. Free parking is a plus given how busy the city is. Lovely hosts with local recommendations.

It was everything perfect, a clean and spacious apartment with lovely decoration. The host is very attentive and supported us with everything needed during our stay. We absolutely recommend staying here while in Hualien ☀️💜

It would be nice to have a desk or a bigger kitchen table.

The place has everything you may need for a week or two in Hualien. It is nicely decorated, Internet is fast, location is good and the staff is quite helpful. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Hualien!

Soundproofing could be improved as road traffic noise could still be heard especially in the morning, though the host did provide ear plugs. Besides, due to the odd layout of the bathroom with the window near the shower, only a shower curtain could be used in the small space and the curtain kept hitting my body during shower as it was constantly pushed by the cold air towards the hot shower. I would suggest adding weights to the bottom of shower curtain, and bathroom ventilation fan to reduce humidity.

Friendly host. Spacious room with small kitchenette and 2 bathrooms. Great location with restaurants and convenience stores within short walking distance. Parking available at public parking lot nearby.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

Exceptional accommodations. Modern, fresh, clean apartment. Very comfortable and spacious. Good wifi and AC. Perfect location with many restaurants nearby. Same owner has a modern Laundromat in the floor level of the building. I also used the free parking space provided by the owner. I highly recommend Huck for your stay. Owner is available, friendly and communicates well ( in English)before and during the visit.

The only thing is that it can be a bit noisy because it faces a crossroad. The owners offers ear plugs, so the problem is somehow solved.

Absolutely charming little apartment, with all amenities one may need during the stay. Perfectly located, with super comfy bed and very well equipped kitchen. They offer also a parking spot if you travel with a car.

It's a pity that there is no elevator

Because this hotel adopts self-check-in method There is a parking space and you have to reserve it. The lady boss is very considerate.

This cute little homey, yet surprisingly roomy, apartment exceeded my expectations by a landslide. Everything you would need indoors is there, plus it's close to convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The host is super friendly and helpful. Definitely a recommendation for my part!

The owner of the hotel made messed up the booking and first gave us the wrong room and later demanded an additional payment of 600NTD for our booking. I find it unbelievable that the guest has to pay for the mistake of owner and even though the amount is not big the whole ongoing discussion really made me angry. They either wanted us to cancel our booking or pay up. The housekeeper was very nice about the incident but the attitude of the owner can not be excused by that. Also the apartment is very loud because it lies directly next to the street. If you are a bad sleeper a scooter will definitely wake you up. The beds have been rated as very comfortable but they are also not, the blankets are way to thick.

The room is very open and light and there is an device so that the tap water is drinkable.
