The hot water takes a lot of time to actually get hot. Not terrible but requires a lot of patience.

please change the number 4 button on the elevator to a number. because not everyone who comes to stay can read it. it's a bit confusing for us because we don't see the number 4 button on the elevator, and we can't read Chinese characters. thank you

Super convenient location, just a few mins walk to Ximen Station with lots of food and convenience stores in the area. The hotel is a little difficult to find if it's your first time in Taipei, but it's just slightly off the main street into a small alley; or just ask someone! The locals know it well. Room was clean and has bathroom amenities like towels and shampoo/soap, but you will have to bring disposables yourself. Beds are quite firm, so take note if you prefer a softer bed!

no windows in room, no cups to make tea/coffee. Not sure where the other guests were on our floor - seemed very quiet which is not a bad thing. Looks like some rooms were residences.

The downside is that the room size is very small and cramped

The hotel is located in a small alley just off the main street, very close to the Ximending Night Market (only about a 5-minute walk). It has a beautiful, luxurious design (with slightly dark-toned colors) and is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The reception staff are very friendly and speak excellent English.

Perhaps an additional signage to help you finding the entrance to the Hotel at Ground Level will be beneficial.

Very good location and close to Ximen Metro Station. The staff was very kind and they let me to store the luggage when I did the check out. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. The access to the hotel is trough an internal corridor at ground level, between two retail shops. You need to take a lift to the 4th floor to get access to the Lobby. It gives you a more authentical experience going inside Taiwanese environment.

The best features of the property are its location, room size, and staff. It's located in the heart of Ximending, with many restaurants, shops, convenience stores nearby. Room was so big even for 4 people. The staff were friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. Shower needs a curtain and handle so you can get in and out safely. Also missing was floor mats for the bathroom floor.

I like how close it is to everything! You just have to cross to the nearest starbucks or family mart. About a 3 minute walk to the nearest station. And 5 minute walk to ximending walking district. Would stay here again.

our room doesn't have a window, I just realized it by the time I already unpacked. hence we didn't change room as offered by the staff in the counter. No room clock. Telephone located in the bathroom. no drinking fountain/ dispenser, paid bottled water for drinking. Doors are not soundproof. paper cups for drinking and toothbrush use, it gets soft afterc1 to 2 use. some of the hallway floors are uneven, not well lit andchas dark carpets, and I almost trip over.its dangerous.

The phone does not work. When I complained, the staff does not seem to be surprised. I am sure they know not every foreign traveler has a telephone data plan for Taiwan.

Had a difficult time sleeping with the pillow/mattress. Difficult to shower for seniors since you have to go inside the bathtub to shower. Had to switch rooms because there was no window in the 1st assigned room.

Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is convenient and accessible. Rooms are big. Overall clean and comfortable. Easy checkin and checkout process. Requested for airport pickup and it was arranged smoothly.
