Room unit is a bit old in style but felt comfortable all the while,this is the only place I stay and come with the bidet spray.The place very convenient having foods around.Many nice foods around.Convenient to stay here and go Jiufen & Shifen.

Located very close to the train, buses and lots of food markets and stalls. Owner was lovely and very accommodating and answered our queries very quickly. Room was very big, beds were comfortable and we liked that there is a common sitting area with water dispenser. No frills but very homely. We would stay again.

There isn't a front desk of any sort and signage could have been better. I was lucky that the other house mate was around. Highly recommend you to message the owner and plan your check in timing.

Good place for a stop over to jiu fen or shi fen since it is at rui fang station. Place is a standard taiwan home stay kind. Guest might not be use to how it operates, best to msg the owner and make arrangement beforehand especially if you are rather new to taiwan.

A nice and spacious room which allows you to have a good night's sleep after visiting Juifen and/or Shifen. A kind and helpful landlady responds readily to one's messages.

Little difficult to find (name is in chinese). Best to check for the street number. No room service but ok if you do a short stay. Tiny towels, no windows.

Close to the railway station, buses and market. Clean and big room.

Quiet, well laid out room, especially liked the short swivel chairs. very clean with shared dining area outside room.

Traffic in town is very busy, walking in the street becomes a little difficult. No parking was provided.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is close to train and bus stations and food court is in walking distance. Many kinds of stores are around the corner. Service are excellent.

It’s right next to the main road, so it can be quite loud if you get the room facing the road. The curtains don’t block the light from the road completely so it gets quite bright in the morning.

I was provided with a room which does not have a window. It was overall okay though.

Right in front of Ruifang station. 5 minute walk to the bus station where the bus to Jiufen / Jinguashi stops.

No window in the room, but the dehumidifier and the air conditioner help to keep the room dry and comfortable.

The place is super close to the train station. Room is very spacious and well laid out. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast is vouchers at the restaurant down the street. While the value was quite generous, the restaurant itself wasn't the greatest. We ended up going to a nearby shaobing place after the hotel breakfast for more.

Amazing location just across from the train station. Despite being on the main road, we were shocked at how quiet it was at night. They provided an a/c and dehumidifier so it was quite comfortable.

Look like a residential unit converted into a hotel with a few rooms. It was not easy to locate the hotel since it is in an apartment block and the unit was on level 2. The owner received us on level 1, showed us to the room and briefed us on a few things. We exchanged numbers in case of emergency. There was no bed but a mattress on a platform. You would need to climb up and down the platform. As there was no bed, it might be a challenge for seniors or those with weak legs to get up from the mattress. The shower head size didn't fit the shower head holder and we DIY to fix it. Despite this, it kept dropping off the holder and hit us whenever we turn on/off the tap.

As above ~the noisy envirnoment within the building but not from the outside traffic. It was quiet from outside but drainage within the building causing noises.

The room was very noisy as it was surrounded by drainage pipes and you could hear showers running, toilet water cascading down pipes as if you were in the same location. While the Japanese decor of the room was stylish, it didnt make up for these difficiencies.

The building has no street signage so look for address. Need to call in order to get in. Possible to ring bell, but no one might be home. Woman who checked me in was very nice, but didn’t speak any English. No rugs on the floor so heard a lot of noise from upstairs. Bring earplugs. Breakfast is down the street at open, roadside restaurant. Voucher is for 60 Taiwanese dollars, but menu is in Chinese & workers don’t speak english, so ordering is an adventure. Very nice people working at the restaurant and eggs were fresh.

Was 1 minute walk to train station and bus stop.
