The toilet is in the lobby so you have to go out there every time you have to go to the bathroom. But it was also advertised as shared bathroom space, so it’s okay.

Location is so great as it is just at the beginnning of the Old Street, a few steps from the bus station. Staff is helpful, room is very clean and looks new! A great stay for us!

The location was perfect. Just half a minute from Jiufen Old Street. The staff spoke english and were very helpful. Their recommended eating places were very good.

To protect privacy, your room will not be cleaned unless you ask or put your own rubbish outside. You will be charged extra if you want more pillows or blankets. Be aware that there is no breakfast provided and there is not much open in old town in the morning. We would still stay here again, but just be aware of their rules and regulations.

Location was fantastic and the view from the balcony was great. We could easily come and go to old street, but it wasn’t noisy.

This was a short walk from the main entrance of Jiufen so it was perfect for all of our luggage and stroller because it was the shortest possible walk while still being in the thick of things. (No elevator.) They provided clean cold/hot water and some snacks which was very nice. The rooftop was the best part. We didn’t see this view anywhere else walking in Jiufen so it felt very special!

PERFECT location, right on the path to the Jiufen Old Street. You can see some of the red latterns from the room balcony. We loved how close it was to visiting the old street, and by 10pm the entire town was quiet and we sat on the balcony enjoying the quietness and watched the lights of the town.

At first it’s a bit hard to find but overall very comfortable, bright and clean. Just the bed is a little too soft for our liking, other than that very satisfied!

I had the option for a shared bathroom and I would say it was a little small for a shared bathroom but nothing major as I only stayed there for one night.

The location was very central to the town, it was a minute away from the 7-eleven near the bus stops. I just wanted to highlight that the terrace was just so amazing. The sunset from it was beautiful and there was no one there the all night, I spent my time there as the sunset turned into night and the stars came visible. I came on my birthday and it was just magical. I was lucky to see Jiufen both on a sunny day and a misty weather which gave it its magical feeling.

Hard to find, even with staff assistance. Difficult to access, making traveling with large luggage very inconvenient (lots of narrow, steep stairs). Shower bizarrely has no separation with toilet, nor proper ventilation.

Comfortable bed, spacious room, and free provided amenities. Room was decently clean. Near the Jiufen old district. Also allows for free luggage storage before checkin/after checkout, making exploring very convenient!

It was slightly tricky to find BUT the property sent very detailed instructions including pictures on how to find it.

It’s centrally located in Jiufen Old Street. Very convenient to take a rest and to avoid the crowds. The Inn surprised me when I arrived. It looked newly renovated and the rooms were spacious and clean. I loved the clean, minimal look to it.

It was a bit difficult to find the hotel reception.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Because the hotel is located near Jiufen old street, it was convenient to enjoy there. The bus stop is a few minutes away from the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable.
