Very clean and spacious and walking distance to convenience stores, food and amenities. It is only a 6 mins walk from the bus station and slightly nearer from the Jiaoxi train station. It is also great there is a 24 hour laundry just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was simple and almost the same everyday. Good for me and my kid.

The pillows were too soft and the rooms were not sound proof. There were hairs on the bed and seems that there is some room for improvement for the housekeeping

The hot spring bath in the toilet was amazing! The hotel even offers vouchers for purchasing food to cook however it would have been better if the voucher is valid till the end of the stay as we missed the validity date. Coffee machine is also provided at level one. Hotel is just 10mins walk from Jiaoxi bus station and right next to jiaoxi shopping street.

Super small place that I can open my luggage. I had to place my luggage on my bed.

Everything was great.

The onsen in the room was very spacious, the location is also good and close to the hot springs and main street. We also enjoyed the fish pool and complementary hot drinks in the evening (coffee, tea). Being able to cook outside in the hot spring water was also a cool experience.

Absolutely nothing

Everything. The in-room onsen is huge, can sit 2 pax comfortably, even 4 pax shld be ok. There is an outdoor area next to lobby, for feet 'onsen with fishes to nimble the feet' and a cooking 'onsen' for eggs, potatoes, corn, etc.' Each room is given a NT$50 voucher to purchase the veg. There are several tables / chairs for eating, there is a hot beverages machine for free coffee, mocha, etc. Breakfast spead is good, with slight change in selections daily. Toilet has bidet. There are 2 tv in the room, 1 for bed, 1 for dining area.

The first girl who did the check in for us did not appear to be welcoming. She watched indifferently as we (seniors) struggled to climb the steep front steps carrying large suitcases, did not even bother to tell us there was a side entrance with ramp for roller luggage! Fortunately Miss You came to serve us later. Since the shower head is installed above the hot spring bath and there was no screen/divider to stop the water spreading onto the floor, it became very wet to walk around after bath. Plus there are not enough hook on the wall to hang towels. The amenities tray placed next to the hand basin got wet easily also. Lacking shelves/storage for skin care and stuff. The welcoming cup-cake offered at check-in (one piece only for two guests, 2 for a quadruple room) had to be picked up from the sister hotel 5 to 8 minutes away, crossing two sets of traffic lights on the busy road. Though it is understood that they wanted to promote the other hotel and its bakery/ restaurant, there should be a more considerate arrangement. Not impressed!

Easy walk to the coach terminal, train station and bus stops. Many eateries nearby. Miss You (游小姐) at the reception was always courteous, attentive and gentle, outstanding among the front desk staff. Free coffee and tea machine on 1st floor from 2:00 pm til maybe 10pm. The hot spring cooking provided for guests at night near the side entrance livened up the place. Delicious breakfast with western and Taiwanese selections, hot and cold dishes. Glad to see changing alternatives throughout our 4 nights stay. Kitchen staff and waitresses friendly and helpful.

We felt a bit exposed especially at night with windows facing the street. We ended up closing the curtains for the majority of our stay.
