MalaysiaThe room I was assigned to didn't have much of a view, nor natural lighting. However, if you are out most of the time, it shouldn't bother you.
The hotel is clean and the room very comfortable. I would stay here again! Lovely staff members, vey polite and patient.

SingaporeI booked two rooms and this just happened to the room I was staying in - the shower was a bit weak. Bt my parents didn't have the same issue with their shower in their room.
- Breakfast was good! Wide selection of food - Taiwanese cuisine (lu rou fan, buns, porridge) with the usual western food (cereal, orange juice, bread etc) - Staff were helpful! I asked them if there is a key maker nearby and they provided 2 shop names with their addresses - Surroundings appeared quite safe

Very friendly staff and excellent selection of breakfast buffet if your room included it. We booked a tripled room and I really do not like the design of the layout, but it is overall not bad for small groups like us who didn't have a lot of luggage. I would probably booked a double room next time. Bathroom is really nice and well equipped. location was good and has shops banks and eateries around. It is about 12-15 min walking to the night market. The hotel has two sets of washer/dryer which are a big plus but it gets busier starting late afternoon.

Hong KongThe overall cleanliness of the bathroom of the triple room. The floor and counter-top looked a bit dirty. What's worse was that the shower curtain was missing a hoop and was moldy at the foot of it. The bathtub was also too high for senior citizens. As for the room, we found out that the USB charging socket was loose and not working.
The hotel's proximity to several tourist attractions in Hualien City. You could reach Nanbin Park and Hualien Cultural and Creative Industries Park on foot.
