The service was impeccable. All the staff greeted us with smiles and always tried to answer our queries to the best of their ability. Loved that there was a coffee machine at the lobby for hotel guests. Both lobby and rooms were very clean and comfortable!

I don’t really impress with the breakfast, it was some food which I don’t really get it , I thought I would see some chinese breakfast or American breakfast, but it was something and not tasty at all. and one problem is the check in time was so late like 4 pm which I don’t like.

The property is nice , clean and very friendly customer service, The AC works well and water pressure is so strong. They even have the laundry in the building but I didn’t use it.

Only slight complaint was that the hot breakfast buffet was a little cold, so we mostly ate the (excellent) fruit salad and toast instead.

Really nice hotel, great location next to the train station, comfy beds, excellent bathroom, friendly staff, cheap laundry facilities (30 NTD), etc. Everything you need at a decent price. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a night when we went to Taichung using the Taiwan Luckyland Voucher. The staff are very nice since I email them and very accommodating to our needs. The space may be small but it has everthing you need in a room. The design is also very industrial which me and my fiance loved! Not to mention that it is just walking distance from the famous night market and just 6min ride to UBUS Terminal. Also, the breakfast is delicious! Overall it was a very nice experience! Will come back here if given the chance! Thank you River Inn!

The room was too small for me and without a window I found it a bit claustrophobic.. room for only one case to be opened.

Location. Perfect for accessing the MRT for city touring. Staff very friendly and efficient. Thff we bed and pillows were super comfy.

Not limited to this hotel, but be aware that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilet. We found that the staff's English was adequate but sometimes difficult to communicate.

The location is a short 5 min walk from Formosa Boulevard station, and great for connections to main bus lines. The room was modern, large and comfortable. A nice surprise was the free snacks and tea in the afternoon, and there were also free refreshments available in the reception. Breakfast was good, with warm foods like stir fry, noodles and omelette too. Would happily stay again.

There is little choke at the bathroom where water flowing is very slow.

Very friendly staff and surprisingly they are providing afternoon snacking for free where you could have free coffee/tea, scones, biscuits and cookies for free! Location is pretty good and very nearby to the subway station. Overall facilities are pretty good and my family are really love the ambient of the dining area of the hotel!
