The hot spring bath was great, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. We really relaxed and enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great, too. The food was good, and there was a wide variety of dishes.

It was a bit of a walk from the train station. (Well, it was not a big deal. And if you come to Jiaoxi by bus, there is no problem. The bus terminal was close to the property.)

The host was really friendly and kind. She made sure my family was comfortable and at home throughout our stay. Breakfast was really yummy and healthy and the family room we booked was amazing. The room was spacious despite having 2 Queen-sized beds and the bathroom was really spacious too. The bathroom was abit dated but it's clean and that's what I really appreciate about throughout my stay. I would definitely come back again and the next time we are back, we will book the entire villa together with other families!

Breakfast was fabulous. Personally prepared by the owner with much care, it was a sumptuous spread of local vegetables and fruits. Being able to soak in the tub in the room with hot spring water was also very comfortable

Having to climb the stairs was a little inconvenient. Tip: if you’re just staying a day or 2, can pack what you need in a small carry case and leave the larger luggage below or in the car

Great location, can walk to all the restaurants easily while being a bit away from the hustle and bustle of the town. 5 star breakfast made freshly every day by the owner who truly puts passion and love on everything she does The hot spring water in the room was great and really hot

The room itself was very nice and clean. I really enjoyed the hot spring in the bathroom. The location is excellent to access downtown Jiaoxi.

Everything was fine, but it was a bit hard to find the hotel since Google Maps doesn't seem to work very well with this location.

There were 3 rooms with hot spring tub and an additional hot spring tub on top floor. They can’t all work at the same time.

Breakfast was a hearty vegetarian type. The owner, Cherie personally prepared for us the delicious spring onion pancake. The lemon drinks was freshly prepared.

Location a bit off the main street. But it offers a quiet and serene place for one's to chill. Toilet is not suitable for seniors , due to step. Onsen water was not hot enough to our liking.

There was not hot water (only warm water) which is a shame - we booked the room as we were excited to take a bath. It wasn't well maintained and I wish they'd cleaned it better (limescale everywhere)

Very nice, quiet property just north of the public hot baths park. Each room has its own stone hot mineral bath. Good breakfast with wide and changing selection including espresso :-) The helpful owner planted orchids and japonese maples everywhere... very pleasant.

1. Aircon was not working well, staff tried her best to trouble shoot, but lucky to have fan provided by them , so we survived night 2. We had to drag and carry our 4 luggages from car park to second levels , it was not good experience. There is no lift

The hotel was clean and tidy!! The facilities there were in excellent condition. The staff and even the owner was very friendly and kindhearted! The view there was awesome and refreshing!! We enjoyed our stay there super much! Highly recommend it to those who want a refreshing and wonderful hot spring hotel stay!

Spacious rooms with hotspring baths. Great host and staff. Delicious and nutricious breakfast.

No elevator so it is challenging to carry luggages up.
