Great location, very near the bus terminal and also the train station. The room is super duper spacious. Very comfortable environment.

there were no windows in the room. Also it would have been hard for me to get into the building when checking in without my taiwanese friend who was able to call the property for me. There seems to be no staff there to receive guests until official check in time

We just need 5 min walk from Hualien train station and the bus station also on the opposite road from the house. It's a very strategy good location. The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable.

there was a sticky or oily mess on the space on the side board when we arrived, the mosquito netting on the balcony door is ripped, the TV's loudspeaker is either defective or simply not powerful enough, so the sound is very bad.

1. No pre check in instructions on check in day, we need to call for how to enter the building and no instructions also on how to get the key to enter the room for check in. 2. No human seen throughout until time to collect money. Check in counter is empty like in haunted mansion. Before check in the lugguage left at the area instructed without anyone there, to place there at your own risk. 3. Stayed 2 nights, no one tidy the room, no topping up of bottled water, trash is still inside the room for the 2 days. 4. During booking, I stated 2 adults and 1 child will check in, the room only provided with 2 pillows, request for extra pillow and blanket fr9m them and all is chargeable. Somemore says child stayed free, lousy and calculative hotel management.

1. Self check in. The operator gives you a code to enter the building. Instruction to go to 2nd floor. Then call the operator or use Line. The operator then gives your room number to pick up your keys on 1st floor. Then you go to the room and find the door open. I had to check to make sure no one is hiding, under the bed, the bathroom and balcony..because the room was open!..it seems that is the system...open doors are available rooms. 2. Location can be negative for noise

I have never had a room where I was let in without being cleaned at all. You could find someone’s hair on the bed,and rubbish belongs to the previous tenant.

Have to check-in manually, no service counter provided, have to call them (luckily i had Taiwan phone number otherwise it would be very expensive using home country phone), have to take the keys ourselves and paid in cash, no room service, texting them thru line asking for wifi password but no reply at all, have to call them.
