Unforutantely I had disrespectful guests staying In the two people beds both nights,, but I cannot blame the accommodation for that.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Max runs tours too and so meeting and discussing with happy people and I recommend for people who want a nice social atmosphere. Max even helped post things I left behind ahead of my journey within a day of me realising with no issue. Showers were powerful, didn't take long to heat up. facilities were clean and elegant design. exceptional location. Very friendly dog too :)

Sleeping in the upper bunk might be a bit scary because it's a bit hard to climb up. Can get stuffy at night in the summer. Shower area is clean but quite old school.

The place is smack dap in the center of Old Street which was really convenient. Sleeping area is probably one of the more spacious ones I've been to, and you get your privacy. I like that there are toilets in the room itself. The people in this hostel are probably one of the friendlier ones in all my trips. Owners are also easy to chat with. Will definitely stay here again if I ever go back.

The owners are so friendly! The hostel is great with a spatious kitchen, a nice bed with thick sheets and enough AC! The shower is also nice, good high water pressure. There’s water downstairs and in the rooms and there’s free tea. The view from the rooftop is truly amazing and it is located at the heart of the old street. This is your spot to stay, look no further!!

While there are toilets in the dorms the showers are on a different floor. Not a problem for me but something to consider!

Great location right off of Old Street! The beds were super comfortable clean. The showers and toilets were super clean with a great communal washbasin. Never had to wait for a toilet or shower! There’s a great rooftop deck with amazing views! Ellie was so so sweet and everyone was excited to hang out and go out for meals together. So worth seeing the town at night when the Taipei crowds have left. Highly recommend this location!

I didn't like that the showers were on the ground floor. It's okay if you're staying in the room on the first floor, but I slept in the one on the second floor and it was a bit painful. Also, I would have liked if the capsules had a small box to store valuables.

The staff is so lovely and welcoming. I really felt like at home. The capsules are big enough and comfortable. There's a relaxed atmosphere in the hostel. The water dispenser in the room was handy to have.

Receptionist was very helpful with check-in and for guiding everything that was going on in the surroundings. Everyone there had a sort of camaraderie and it felt like home. Thank you for the kind hospitality. Location was really good too.

The bed was clean and spacious. Location was amazing, right next to the main market street. The available roof with view to surroundings was perfect. Options to buy snacks and beer in the common room.

Location - 10/10 right in the middle of Old Street. So easy to pop in and out to see when it’s less crowded. Also close to 7/11 and Familymart. Staff - so lovely when there, and easy to contact. Staff/owner(?) came by and was working one day while I was in the kitchen and he shared so much food and snacks with me 😍 delicious rice crackers, steamed sweet potato, tea stained boiled egg. So kind and I enjoyed them a lot!! Thank you :) also helpful to allow leaving bags inside if too early for check in, and also to help me do self check in via phone call when I came back late after being out all day. Dorm - capsules are spacious enough that you don’t get in each other’s way. No lockers however so had to take valuables. There are security cameras everywhere including the dorm room and bathroom main areas but still would prefer to have lockers. My bed had a hair and a small stain on the sheet but the capsule felt clean. The mattress underneath the sheet was dirty with hair and stains too. However mostly clean where I was sleeping so didn’t care too much but some might. Bathroom - showers are great - hot and really good pressure. Hairdryers outside and place to hang clothes to dry (although not very efficient drying even in the drying room - I had to use the hairdryers on occasion). Not very clean especially in the sinks, but it’s decent. Other - I really enjoyed my stay and made friends in the kitchen. Only thing really is I was super cold the whole time inside, lucky I travel with my hot water bottle but all the common areas and dorms were so cold! So bring layers :)
