The accommodation is basic but very clean, comfortable and with a great view from the balcony. Breakfast was good and brought to you in the morning. Jason was super helpful. A quick walk to the old town and 1 min walk to bus stop

We had an amazing time at this place! The view was absolutely incredible, and the host’s hospitality was even better. The unit was clean, modern, and cozy — we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. It was truly one of my best stays in Taiwan. The host's positive energy is contagious and made the whole experience even more special. We also really appreciated the helpful information about Old Street — we had a blast exploring! Highly recommended!

Friendly and enthusiastic welcome from Jason. The view from our balcony and the upstairs window was exceptional. Breakfast was brought to our doorstep - even in the rain! Our host was great with communication and answering our questions. Very comfy bed too :)

The host was extremely friendly and responsive. He alsmo almost appear immediate when you contact him. He also helped to bring our luggage during check-in & checkout because it was located in the middle of the steep hill. Clean accommodation and the place was very close to the bus stop and also a short cut to tourist attractions within 5-10 minutes walk. Recommended not to book the smallest room if possible. Room with balcony will be the best choice!

It’s after a narrow street, so avoid coming with a large car. You will have to manage steep steps to get to the accommodation.

The accommodation is in a quiet side of Jiufen. The tourist attractions are within 5-10 minutes walk. Some facilities were outdated, but fully factional. The host was very nice.

I like how the host is so talkative and helpful. He also teach us how to go to the spots easily and convenient. He is very helpful in all way. He is also very cheerful and energetic. The shower area is small. If one time use cups (used for rinsing after brushing teeth) can be provided , it would be nice. There are some stains on cups which are provided in the restroom (cups used for rinsing after brushing teeth)

The host is so nice. He provided lots of information about how to navigate Jiufen old street. The host reply questions really quick . The sleeping areas are very clean.

The staircase would be a challenge. But that’s the special thing and beauty of Jiufen!

It’s a super nice loft! The host is superb and can see that he puts thoughts in every detail of his loft design. The host is super helpful and considerate! He took into consideration that we may get bored by the breakfast during our two nights stay, he even offered cash for our second night stay’s breakfast! He even provided insights and suggestions for our itinerary, and helped us with our transport route during our two nights stay. This insiders info from a local is particular useful for foreigners like us.

To reach the hotel, we need to climb a few flight of stairs. However, Jason was more than willing to carry our luggage. Just call him first and don’t let the stairs stopping you than staying at this place!

The owner is so gentle, nice, easygoing and kind 😭 He explained everything and the way to the top of Jiuffen. Lovely room, cozy bed, hot water and even the heater(in Taiwan? seriously?) Nice breakfast from the owner 💓 Loved the location, just 15min to get the Jiuffen street. and less than min to take a bus to Taipei, PERFECT🫶 So beautiful night view as you can see. It was worth spending 2nights there. I obviously wanna revisit this place …! Thank you so much!
