Good location, 3 minutes walk to the train station. Breakfast ticket was given to use at the near by breakfast shops.

one of the older front desk staff was napping when I tried to ask him a question and he was totally annoyed, didn't even want to answer me, just waving his hand.... so rude and unprofessional. But the other younger staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel and room need to be upgarde, it's old and the wall paper in my room was peeling. The bed sheet also niot feeling fresh.

Very convenient. Easy to take public transport. Street food available on most of the street at night.

Room was large and comfortable. Hot tub in bathroom is great.

Other reviews complain about a smell. It has a slight musty smell but it's not bad. And you can see they painted over mold that used to be there. The rooms are 98% mold free now.

The location and the tub

The room was crazy humid and wet. No dehumidifier in the room either. The water of the humidity even came out of the wall and the floor. Outdated decoration as well. It was a nightmare. Stains and molds on the ceiling next to the vent.

The room was very good. I booked a room with no window but they upgraded my room with no extra money. It was my first hot spring experience in a hotel and it was fabulous. The staff was very cooperative and their english was also good so it was a good experience. Too close to Jiaoxi railway station. For food there was a brunch shop run by a family. Their pancake and milk tea was too good.

There’s a dehumidifier in the room, it’s very good.

The decoration and equipment is quite out of date, but it doesn’t affect my moon ;)

Really a short 2 to 3 min walk to hotel from Jiaoxi train station. Very convenient location. The hot spring bathtub is also very big so I can get a good soak. Guess you can't expect to get a perfect accommodation with such price point.

The hotel is quite dated & facilities do not look well maintained. Staff at the counter didn't look friendly or approachable. Power socket positions seem weird, hard to boil water with the kettle on the table since the cable was too short to be plugged into the socket under the table.

Convenient location

I have intention to pay via cash upon checkin. But hotel staff will cancel your booking.com booking and proceed to charge your credit card despite indication of no repayment is required. Room has a lot of mould growth. Bed spring is damaged and is very soft, sinks in when u lie on it. The bathing area is the same as onsen area, all other hotels I stay at separates the bathing and onsen area.

Excellent location! Nice staff! Many choices of breakfast nearby. Hot spring bath inside the room was good! Nice bed room design!

Ventilation in toilet can be improved. The toilet was full of steam after hot spring bath.
