We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The flooring is too cold. And the toilets have flimsy glass doors. And there are little tables and chairs for use.
Location is within walking distance from Loudong Night Market.

Bathroom could be kept in better condition. breakfast spread was not bad but could be better (same food for 5days). Need more hooks and rails to hangs clothes and towels.
Staff were very polite, nice and professional during the 4nights we were there. Location is pretty good, 2min from the best night market in luodong & yilan. Rooms were big and generally clean, maybe just needs some updating.

We thought the air condition did not seem to work initially but later found that the temperature control can be override by the hotel staff.
The location is very close to night market.

Like to commend particularly on a hotel staff, Mr Lin Hu Ge. It was a cold night, and Mr Lin took the initiative to buy a take-away packet of local hot noodles for my mum, as he was concerned that she (senior age), from a tropical country, may not be used to the cold weather, It was a very thoughtful gesture, and the noodles were delicious.

Staff can be friendlier (but they were really serious in their work and do listen intently).
The location was good,just next to the night market. Plenty of restaurants,convenience stores and shops nearby too. Breakfast was carefully prepared and of a good variety. Heater and dryer were great in the toilet. Keeps the toilet nice and warm.

I love the breakfast, there was a combination of local Taiwanese and western spread. Comfort food: Porridge and condiments thats so yummy. The location was just smacked in the middle of the night market, very convenient to walk around, eat and play.

Basically only the breakfast is no much choice; especially the fruit selection is only few.
Hotel very near the Night Market and many shops around. The room for us is large and comfortable; is good for tourist or family to stay here.

Parking was really tight! If you drive a big car I’d recommend parking elsewhere.
Breakfast was five star level! It was absolutely amazing. Carbonara was good. Tea bags were twinings . Even provided honey cakes that were delicious too.

The breakfast area is rather small, so check with the staff is there any group having breakfast at the timing that you have planned to go. For the family room that I have stayed in, the toilet is very open and transparent, so if you are staying with friends it will be quite awkward. There isn't any shower screen at the bath tub area and the floor will be very wet after showering.
Few steps away from the night market. Hotel staff is chatty and I have gotten a free upgrade for the 2 rooms that I have booked. The double room is nice and spacious. Breakfast and wifi are ok. Bed is nice too.

There were no windows in the room, not a complaint but just to get you prepared. Not a problem though.
Externally it looks old, but the interior of the building , well furnished! Surprised us with a lift car park for only 3 lots. So we were lucky we were able to park each time we were back in the hotel. Great and helpful staff . Rooms are spacious and clean. Very close to Luodong night market is a big plus.

Annoying solution with lift to the garage. Not noise-proof rooms at all... No window in the room - it's a boomer for sure.

Toilet bathtub without curtain and water splashes on the floor, no door at the toilet washing area since the showering area is still visible to outside view, breakfast seating too limited and since always packed. We have to skip breakfast
