Location near to beach,cafes & night market. Staff were welcoming & efficient. Room was great. Just like the photos. TV News channels in English..A/C. Fridge. Room serviced daily.

Location is good. Scooter rental is cheap. Price was good for low season.

Strategic location near to the beach, Kending night market, Kending bus station and ubike station. The room is clean and got upgraded to a very large room with very little amount of money during the low season. The bed and pillow are very comfortable. This place does not have lift but not an issue for me with just backpacks. Got free bottle of water and water dispenser, meaning you can also have warm water. The staff is friendly and check in and out easily.

Second time staying here, nothing wrong. On the first time they gave an upgrade, this time no upgrade but its ok. Just that the toilet was bigger than the sleeping area. There was a TV.

The pillow was too thick and high for our heads. Made it uncomfortable for our head n shoulders. All in all, still ok

4 minutes walk from Kenting Arch bus stop . Difficult to find without google maps.. Clean and spacious shower and toilet downstairs....

No kitchen,Non social hostel.I stayed 3 nights in private room with double bed. No place to hang clothes. Musty smell in room even though I left wundow open Wifi poor in my room...

They gave us a free upgrade, answered all questions asked by us. Nothing to be dissatisfied about. The room was so so so so big and it was comfy. You can pay on the spot if u arrive within their working hours, otherwise u have to pay beforehand. After u check out, they will ask u to drop your keys at the small basket outside their window (office)

Nothing actually, just that we had to move our luggages up the stairs ourselves, was tiring

Beautiful, amazing people. I made a request that couldn't be satisfied and they even upgraded me for free. R New rooms, beautifully decorated. They provide all you need. In the center of town. Beautiful place.

The location is perfect and I got a free upgrade during off season. The room was super clean and bathroom great with little bath. I was very satisfied with the room.

Noise from outside just ruined my stay. It was impossible to sleep in the morning or rest in the room during the day as in front of the hotel woodworker had his workshop. The machines for wood working and tools were so loud. I don't understand why they decided to place it in front of the hotel and disturb guests.

It was a bit hard to find first, but we had 4 nice days here with our room on the top level with a small extra rooftop sitting area, which we really enjoyed, just enough to sit down to have a beer. Room was nice and had all we needed, everything just right outside on the main road, the friendly staff helped us with everything, can recommend to get a scooter for a day or two to get around the area.

Good price. Room very very small - could be difficult for a couple. They texted me to say I had left an item.

Asked to check ferry times to Lanyu and they gave me bad information that meant I missed my planes ferry as it did not exist.

Cute place, great location, you can rent a scooter from them for a good price. Towels provided. Comfy bed

Very close to the Kenting Arch bus stop. Accessible by both front and back roads. Basically close to the start of the night market street. And I have my own private rooftop balcony.

Stairs! Lol. Unavoidable since I stayed on the 3rd floor.

Super clean and comfy bed. Beach is close by but you can’t swim

Room is soooo small you can’t even move in the room. Bathroom not on the same floor. Room was smelling really bad like moisture
