My room was really cheap one so, I didn’t expect nothing too fancy but: the table was really too low to put your legs under, the wall plugs was outside the place with all the wire out (little bit dangerous) and the water drinkable tank was totally empty (or broken).

Sadly our bathroom had a foul smell - possibly a blocked drain? The sofa bed also wasn't very comfortable for the 5th person. The breakfast wasn't great. You had a limited choice from a menu which you ordered the night before and then had to collect it from the reception in the morning. We skipped breakfast after the first morning.

The room was big and spacious even for 5 of us . The main beds were really comfortable and smelt fresh. The shower was powerful and hot. The staff were super friendly and allowed us to drop our bags off before check in. Very quiet at night but close to lots of convenient places.

The hotel is not clean at all, under the bed there’s a lot of dust, the toilet smelled like pee when we arrived and overall the place is not clean.

Mold in bathroom, lots of stains as well giving a very unclean feel. Bedroom was clean but the bed was very hard for me. Wifi did not reach my room.

the overall facility is a bit old but in good function. If they can upgrade their elevator to a safer one which the door would open immediately when someone was between the doors that will be a great big plus. Breakfast is satisfactory for basic need but if it can offer a bit more choices in drinks (at least provide latte), that will make it even better.

The room is bigger than I thought. Big enough to fit 3 adults + 3 kids' luggages and still have space to walk around. In city center with one Metro station right across the street, this place is good for travellers who plan to spend all days outside walking around and just back for shower and rest.

One of our rooms was a bit on the smaller end. Also the shower head in the other of our rooms was kind of loose, so the angle would change based on the water pressure.

Location was convenient. Price was really good. Having laundry machines onsite was really helpful.

The television is not working. The dressing table is broken but still can use. There is water stagnant in washroom. There is one dirty pillow in cupboard.

It's the second time I've booked this hotel. But I thought I was really itchy the first time I stayed here. But this second time, I still felt the same. The bed was supposed to be comfortable but I'm sorry,but why is that? It's a little itchy Your beddings. I'm not the only one who felt the same way. My friend also felt the same way. The first time we stayed. And this second time. I hope you fix it.

I liked the room. unlike other hotels I've been to, others don't have cabinets. They only have hangers. There's also a water dispenser. Unlike others, which are limited because they only have bottled water and it's a little hastle if you have to ask again just for water.there's a big space. that will also be loaded with things other than the cabinet.

Although the hotel offers breakfast with a variety of Taiwanese buffet meals, I would've liked to have some more options for people who are not used to having salty meals very early.

The room was pretty clean. The hotel is near the lake path that I suggest visiting at night, it's gorgeous and safe to walk around.

There's no windows in my unit, and bathtub was too high. It's difficult to climb in and out, hence unsuitable if you wanna book room for elderly parents fir holiday. There's no hook in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple, plain porridge with condiments & toasted bread with jam & margarine.

The rooms were clean, near bus stop which brings you to alot of destinations. There's 2 convenient shops behind, walking distance to night market. It's near Second market, good and cheap food. 10mins walk to TRA Taichung. Staff were very kind and helpful. Gave us a lot of suggestions and maps with directions where to visit. Help us collect our laundry too. Mattress and sheets were crisp clean and bathroom clean too. Price was good as I booked more than 6 months before my trip.

The floor carpet on each level which is really stinky and room cabinets that smells awful.

What we like the most is the size of the room, the free simple breakfast and the waiting staff at the breakfast area.
