Reviews of Gorgeous Hot Spring Resort 3 stars

We were surprised to learn that the resort provided transport to and from the area around Xinbeitou Station. Our driver was extremely courteous and accommodating.

I like their pickup services and once massages sent, they will pick us up within short time at the given destinated waiting area.

The private bath with hot spring water! It was quite possibly the best part of my stay in all of Taiwan. The room with the tatami mats was very luxurious. A good location with a nearby bus stop.

The day after using the hot spring water bath - there was a pervasive smell however I attribute this to the sulfur. Would still stay here again! Hard to find on Google Maps (in English, that is).

i had an overall good stay at this hotel. The breakfast was warm and enjoyable—neither overly impressive nor disappointing, just a nice start to the day. The cleanliness and space of the room met expectations and was up to standard, which added to the comfort of my stay

A few areas for improvement. The bed was too soft for adult liking, which affected sleep quality. Additionally, the location is a bit far from amenities, making it less convenient for getting around. toilet does not have a separate dry and wet area, which could be more practical for guests.

Really spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great to have the private hot spring, friendly staff, useful shuttle service, hot breakfast.

Would be nicer if the rooms had windows, it’s up a hill so a bit of a walk from the main areas, hotel feels quite dated

Unlimited hot spring for shower and bathtub. Spacious room. A lot of tv channels. Breakfast is so so.

Car service is available to and from Xinbeitou mrt station upon communication via Line or call. Otherwise, the hotel is hard to reach via walking.

The ambience of the property is very relaxing and a place you would like to comeback to rest and enjoy the hot spring. The staffs are helpful, friendly and efficient. There is a transport to the nearest mrt station to and fro.

The breakfast was simple and same in both of the days I stayed.

Although the hotel isn’t new, you can see their hard work in maintaining and upgrading the facilities. The staff provides great service, and most importantly, the shuttle service to the MRT makes the location less of an issue. I recommend buying some food before checking in, but ordering delivery to the hotel is very convenient! Breakfast is great. The food is replenished, so if you don't run into guests with big appetites, you don't need to worry. The rooms are worth the price—clean and comfortable. The hot spring is excellent. The only downside is no lift, so you might have to go for a few stairs. This is a hotel I’d definitely visit again. You can feel their effort and care in every detail.

Nice place once you find it but it was very difficult to find it on google map. The room was spacious with hot spring bathtub in the bathroom. The staff doesn't really speak english but do their best to communicate and reply the question we had. They are all very nice

The room was spacious but not enough storage in the room and worse in the bathroom. Very complicated when you do a long stay with kids. The hotel have nice hot spring baths area at level 2 but we were not allowed to use them. Disappointed. We didn’t like the breakfast at all.

Have a great experience to have hot spring within the room

Overall the building is old; no lift and have to climb over; staff will be helping to carry up the luggage to the room but upon checked out we carry out our own luggage down from stairs; said open hot springs space open to use with swimming wear, only get to know stayed guest only eligible to have hot springs inside the room and the open space hotspring is only for paid customer.

Location is good, within walking distance to major attractions. Accommodation offer complimentary transport back to hotel near the MRT station. Love the in-room hot spring, it's convenient and relaxing especially after a whole day of walking.

We have bed bugs bites during our stay. Hope the accommodation will act upon reviewing our message.
