I like the Facilities the ocean view was great.

i didn't like the Staff in our hotel the price of the hotel was expensive but the service was not good our hotel room was so hard to find since it located in different building there were no Sinage that's why it's hard to find. the Staff in our hotel building was not approachable and Visitors from other hotel was not welcome they are not even allowed to enter in the lobby they can only wait outside the hotel as per staff said. may I suggest to train your staff to be more hospitable to your guest so that your customers might recommend your hotel to some other possible guest in the future.

Stuff was friendly, they even helped us to book the tickets for the ferry to the island. The location is also very nice and the sea view from the terrace is beautiful.

The pillows are unfortunately not comfortable, breakfast was not available, on the terrace it would be nice to have some comfortable chairs and a table to enjoy the view

The views were absolutely stunning, and I really loved the upstairs bathroom of the large suite. Highly recommend for couples! I want to come back just to stay here!

Short stay but will return. The hotel was easy to find. The location was nice and quiet. The facilities were also pleasant. The room had an ocean view with a generous amount of complimentary teas, cafe with unlimited coffee with basic kitchen oven to reheat items The staff was pleasant and very helpful. They assisted us with additional activities outside the hotel services. The communications were prompt and clear. We look forward to returning.

The hotel reception staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly and even helped us change our room to the second building when we mentioned the issue with our original booking in the first building. We had trouble sleeping due to the noise from the bathroom drain in the first room, and they were honest about the situation, explaining that there was a price difference as part of their current promotional activity. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and their sincerity and helpfulness left a great impression.

The facilities in the first building are noticeably inferior to those in the second building. When booking, it’s not easy to spot that the rooms might be in different buildings, which can lead to surprises upon arrival. The second building offers much better facilities and avoids issues like the nighttime noise from the bathroom drain we experienced in the first building. Addressing these differences and improving the first building would greatly enhance the overall experience.

Very clean and convenient in the middle of the island

The toilet and the bath were not separate. So it’s wet toilet.

Beautiful view over the sea, big balancing to relax on. And pool for common use which was always empty.

Would be great if they’d rent bikes or snorkelling equipment. It’s a bit remote, and if you don’t rent a bike/scooter as soon as you arrive it’s a bit difficult to get around the island.

The swimming pool it is really nice and the rooms are spacious . I would recommend renting the motorbike with the company they recommend, because they pick up your stuff

It was confused because they can’t speak English and the staff almost didn’t accept us. It took us a long time to check in. But they are nice people :)

I really love the location it was so relaxing. Staff were so friendly and accomadating despite of our language barrier. We indeed have a great time😍
