Weird bathroom layout; shower should have been placed in the back of the bathroom. Expect drenching everything around the toilet area/wash basin Uncovenient when carrying large suit cases; very steep stairs around the hotel Loud aircon

I liked everything.

The staff was very friendly. Directions were clear on how to get there. Our room was nice, clean, and very comfortable. we slept so good!! The AC was also perfect and a nice break from the outside heat. The breakfast room had a beautiful view. They had things in the room that also kept the mosquitos out of the room (which was very helpful). It had a good shower. This hotel is up A LOT of steps... however... it is actually one of the more easily accessible hotels as it could be much higher up than it is. I would say the location is perfect.

Well, it’s noisy with generators. But one has to remember this is a remote location. Can’t run all major services to properties located high up above the East China sea .. and if you want to enjoy fantastic views over the sea and mountains (and they are fantastic) then going to have to compromise a little and put some ear plugs in (which they sell for a tiny tiny price).

Superb location. A little oasis in the mountain .. lovely and cool retreat in the oppressive heat. The rooms were clean, very comfortable bed and nice clean crisp sheets. Staff were really helpful. There’s a lot to like about The Dragon Inn.

Staff are nice, view is good, can't complain. The TV in our isn't working and straight away they have moved us to another room with a better view (and a working TV). We were also given a welcome tea and biscuits after we have checked in - that was a nice touch.

Eventhough I dont have trouble finding the place, it would be very helpful to have the maps updated as on this website (booking), it uses a different name (Jiufen the Dragon B&B) from the maps (Long Men Ke Zhan 九份龍門客棧).

Great atmosphere and view of Jiufen and Keelung, I really enjoy the complementary afternoon tea. Also, the staff is really nice and friendly :)

I liked everything - though the area is not the most accessible in general, so if you have issues with stairs or walking steep hills, you might be restricted with what you can do in this beautiful location - both in terms of the accommodation and the town in general.

Beautiful accommodation, lovely staff, incredible view from the dining tea room and the deck. It's a nice escape above in the mountains away from Old Street, but an easy walk down to the busy historical market. I loved watching the birds and butterflies, as well as the incredible view of Keelung mountain and the distant islands across the water. As a vegan, I still had options at breakfast too. and I would have stayed longer if it wasn't booked out.

Beautiful views, from the room and especially the breakfast area on the third floor. kind and helpful staff, sparkling clean rooms, a little light on sound insulation but other guests were quiet so this wasn't a problem (and we expected it based on the building's location, age, and charm)

If you're coming on the bus from Taipei/Riufang, you'll likely have to walk up the stairs through the crowded Old Street which can be annoying. But the area the hotel is actually in is not crowded at all. Very beautiful rooms and hotel, and the breakfast was really really good. I wish I had stayed another day just to explore the area more. I definitely recommend waking up early and walking around the town around/just after sunrise, it's very beautiful to see the houses on the hills and the ocean in the distance with not many other people around.
