May be the breakfast bcos we came about 30mins before closing time, They do not replenish what had finished even the coffee & soymilk. Otherwise nice cool place to stay for a quiet & peaceful yet enjoyable hotspring experienced.

The hotspring spa & the fish spa. The helpfullness of the boss & friends of the hotel. They came forward to carry our luggage to the parking place which is around 300m away from the hotel.

I couldn't get a good wifi signal in my room, especially when it rained. The wifi in the lobby is good though.

The breakfast was great, and I really enjoyed the spa swimming pool, the staff are all really nice and helpful.

Perfect nothing

It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the hot pools and the rooms were big and spacious. Please note the time we stayed there was the earthquake and the area is still recovering.

This is NOT a complaint about the property per se, but just keep in mind that Lushan is not the easiest place to get to, so it would be better if you have your own transport, namely, a car or a scooter.

Very low price which includes the access to the hot spring as well as breakfast! Spacious rooms, friendly staff, and a bathtub in the room. Very quiet in the evening, so you can relax after visiting the hot spring.

Good location to explore a bit more this area of Taiwan, the staff was nice and always ready to help. The room was a bit dated but that added a bit of quirkiness to the stay

Charming hotel with very kind and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We only stayed one night and were visiting friends locally, so we didn't have the chance to use the hot spring facilities. They did look good though.

I happened to book the day after the big earthquake, and since a lot of people cancelled, they upgraded me to a better room. The hotspring baths are also nice and relaxing.

The hotel was okay, food is good on the street in front of the hotel. Unfortunatly the villagers have a really aggressive white dog on the way to the hotel from the busstop. I was attacked an fell on by hand and shoulder. Be very careful.

The best part is the hotel's hot spring in the back. Breakfast was also very simple but tasty (for Taiwanese). The rooms are functional and have mountain/valley views. Overall, Lushan is a very interesting area. Once upon a time, it was obviously a vibrant hot spring resort town but now it sits empty. Typhoons and landslides have led the government to condemn most of the buildings. The closed hotels are filled with rocks silt. Shops are trying their hardest to keep going. It's hard to imagine a recovery for this area, despite the immutable soothing natural hot springs. What a fascinating tale. Definitely worth a visit, but not on a rainy day.

The bed wasn't comfortable enough but there was extra mattress in the closet The breakfast wasn't great amd they didn't have black coffee It was only instant coffee
