There was barely enough room to open our two luggage, but that’s to be expected when you stay in a central area.

As good as it gets to the compromise between price and proximity to the Taipei Station. It’s still a 10-minute walk to the Red Line. The Blue Line is closest. The High Speed Rail is in between.

The only downside was that the entrance was a bit tricky to find. It wasn’t very clearly marked, and I think a few extra signs pointing to the lobby would really help first-time visitors.

I really appreciated the free snacks and drinks, they were such a nice touch after a long day. The room was spacious, spotless, and felt brand new, which made the stay extra comfortable. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for what I needed, and I especially loved the little area they had for weighing and packing suitcases. It made getting ready to leave so much easier.

Everything - perfect location, great facility and unlimited snacks for the kids! Happy hours between 2-4pm with free cooked food including desserts. Good variety! The kids had a lot of fun playing in the playroom. Tea and Coffee facilities next to the reception and free bottles of water so thoughtful for this hot weather! The rooms are nice, clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable.

The location was fantastic. The staff was welcoming and patient. The facilities are great for family. The free food offered was acceptable. The free snacks and drinks are a plus. All in all, a great experience stay at the hotel.

Big clean rooms near train station. Right outside the hotel entrance there’s an underground tunnel that links to a few small malls and to the train station. My 4yo loved the play room.

(My kids age 5.5 & 7.5 rated the entire review) We like the playground but i wish the playground is even bigger. We went to the playground every night and made alot of friends. We love it!

Location was within reach to all the shopping areas. Underground shopping mall was just at the door step.

The window viewing, the free chips and food is only available at certain times it will be good if night time is available.

A comfortable room, the layout of the room is big enough for the Queen size room but it will be good with nice window viewing. Free water is given.

The wait time for the lifts can be a bit long, and the couch in the room wasnt very comfortable.

The hotel is well staffed, and the staff a friendly and attentive. The free snacks in the lobby as also a nice touch. Great access to Taipie Metro and Taipei Main with a subway enterance litterally outside the hotel.

Location was great. Close to everything and MRT. Rooms were good size. Kids loved the free afternoon snacks and free access to snacks anytime

The people who run the hotel probably don't have kids. No point in having a play centre which doesn't open until 10am when your child is already awake by 6am, and Taipei only opens at 11am. They need to extend hours for the play area to earlier hours.

I really like the hotel look and feel. It is very spacious and comfortable to stay in The service of the staff is also exceptional. They helped to bring our luggages and the parcel I sent to the hotel to our room. We didn’t expect it and are very thankful for the help. Will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we visit Taipei

Not something that's their fault - but a (very important!!!) tip for travellers travelling by MRT - if you are travelling with heavy luggage, take the lift to street level at exit Z2 instead and walk to the hotel. Maps tells you to go to Z8, but it's a long flight of stairs and carrying 2x 20KG luggage up the stairs was great for leg day, but not something I'd want to do at the start of any holiday.

Super convenient location - right in front the MRT exit (Z8) to Taipei Main Station, it was a smooth and direct ride from Taoyuan international airport. We were 1 block away from a Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Department Stall with many restaurants and a supermarket. Many breakfast shops right downstairs and a Starbucks round the corner. A 15 min walk to Ximending shopping street. Room was clean, well-stocked (love their soaps/shampoos) and well-designed (travel friendly sockets). Well insulated and humidity control was done well (nice to have dry towels in the morning) Staff were very helpful and service was above expectations for a mostly self-service hotel. Staff still help you when asked - like to clean your room or clear your rubbish (for environmental reasons they don't clean your room/change your towels by default in most Taiwanese hotels now). Big laundry room with 5 coin-operated washers and dryers, free detergent, irons, garment steamers. Large variety of free snacks and tea/coffee/instant beverages for your picking (it's self-service so I've seen people just grabbing bags of chips)

The arrangement of the shower and toilet space, no hangers are provided. Understanding the space is tiny, but the provision of some basic clothes hangers will help for the shower experience.

Clean, central location with easy access to transport n food. Also enjoyed the free happy hour teatime snacks. Bedroom was Great with soundproof walls n firm beds.
