Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaSound proofing was pretty terrible. Whenever a neighbouring unit was using the bathtub, the noise was louder than the bathtub in our room. Voices could be heard distinctly.
So close to the metro. The king sized bed was HUGE and comfortable (I like firmer beds). The room was very large and all expected furniture was there. AC was quiet and cold. Everything, including the bathroom and shower, was very clean and well maintained. Lighting was nice!

Location was excellent. Convenient to shops, restaurants, banks and metro. Self-serve laundry. Nutritious buffet breakfast provided. Nice firm beds.

AustraliaIt is cool in hallway and elevator, but inside the hotel room it is quite warm. And even there is a remote control fitted in the wall, you can’t actually adjust the temperature, and air circulation in the room is not very good. We visit in mid April and it’s 25 or even 26, it feels warm and even hot if you are just out of shower or you are a person like me who prefer cooler room temperature. We had to use a paper fan to keep cool.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Three minutes walk to subway and countless shopping and dining places in walking distance. The front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. Their policy is that bed sheet changed and room cleaning took place every three days, but they made sure to empty the rubbish bin , provide fresh towels and keep the room tidy everyday,which is better than expected. It has a coin operated laundry room which has very efficient washing and drying machines.

The hotel's location is great - near to shops, restaurants, subway station. The breakfast was also good, with many options.
