Clean facilities and helpful staff

Early morning arrival at hotel but no staff at reception to help with check in and cannot enter hotel also. Late night found my hotel keys missing but also no staff at reception to assist. End up staying out of the hotel for the whole night until staff arrived to help out

I really like the price, the staff and the location, the bed was comfortable

The bathroom smelled bad, the entrance to the hotel was a bit complicated

Close to a small night market, the house keeping lady is very helpful

I'm disappointed with my recent experience at the hotel. The service at the front desk has been quite unhelpful，especially the female one who is very rude and not professional. I often received dismissive responses when I asked for assistance from the female front desk. It makes me question why someone with that attitude is in a customer service role. Additionally, the water from the filter has an unpleasant chemical taste, and the lack of complimentary bottled water is frustrating, especially considering the rates. I also encountered issues with cleanliness in my room. There were numerous mosquitoes and cockroaches, which was very off-putting. Mold was visible in various areas, and several items appeared to be in disrepair. Overall, I believe the quality doesn’t match the price, and there are significant improvements needed in service and maintenance.

I loved the vibes of the hotel, the aesthetic, and how accessible it is to food, pharmacy, night market, and of course MRT. The room was well ventilated too! And it was not too cramped for 2 people to stay in. I love the idea of self service when it comes to the toiletries, etc. The bed was also so comfy and clean! I also left my cardigan but Mr. Vincent gladly offered to help me look for it and ask the housekeeping about it. He also offered to send it back to me. Thank you so much, Mr. Vincent!!! ⭐️🥹🙏🏻

Apart from wishing there were more electric sockets and a broom and dustpan 😂 overall, my friend and I loved the cozy place!!!

Location super awesome!

They don’t have daily/routine housekeeping. They can’t booking taxi in advance.

There are rats or some other animals running around in the walls at night, the room is moist and moldy

Staff is very friendly. Walking distance to the food stall, market, 8min walk to Zhong Shan station.

Old property, the room that i get quite old type of facilities, and can hear mouse on top of ceiling. Quite worry if those mouse will come out from somewhere.

Not on google maps I’ve got into another hotel at start just so they will give me the address Impossible to find the door at the street

Its location is very convenient

Bath tub had multiple dents and cracks that were rusted, made me not want to take a bath, which was what I was looking for at the first place. I even paid more for this type of room… Also there were exposure of rusts in the bathroom.

There’s a morning and night market just right infront of the property!!! You don’t have to worry about starving at night as the market is still available at 12am!!! You might be seeing a few roaches at the staircase area (which is hard to avoid as it’s a neighbourhood with food stalls nearby), but I didn’t see any in the room or common areas. There’s a 24hrs dobby and family mart near the property too. Basically everything you’ll need is in 5mins walk distance.

So far nothing.
