The bathroom smelled bad, the entrance to the hotel was a bit complicated

Bath tub had multiple dents and cracks that were rusted, made me not want to take a bath, which was what I was looking for at the first place. I even paid more for this type of room… Also there were exposure of rusts in the bathroom.

There’s a morning and night market just right infront of the property!!! You don’t have to worry about starving at night as the market is still available at 12am!!! You might be seeing a few roaches at the staircase area (which is hard to avoid as it’s a neighbourhood with food stalls nearby), but I didn’t see any in the room or common areas. There’s a 24hrs dobby and family mart near the property too. Basically everything you’ll need is in 5mins walk distance.

The wifi in my room does not work but I can use the hotel's wifi The shower area is not clean, but it is not a big problem The soundproof is not good, I can hear the sounds of the next room when I am in the toilet

The bathroom is very old and has seen some better times but it was clean. The furniture is a bit tacky and the entersnce is in a house. The hotel is basically one floor that has been converted into separate rooms. When you stand in front of the enterance you will see a very old house next to a park.

It’s very centrally placed. The view outside was nice.

Early morning arrival at hotel but no staff at reception to help with check in and cannot enter hotel also. Late night found my hotel keys missing but also no staff at reception to assist. End up staying out of the hotel for the whole night until staff arrived to help out

I'm disappointed with my recent experience at the hotel. The service at the front desk has been quite unhelpful，especially the female one who is very rude and not professional. I often received dismissive responses when I asked for assistance from the female front desk. It makes me question why someone with that attitude is in a customer service role. Additionally, the water from the filter has an unpleasant chemical taste, and the lack of complimentary bottled water is frustrating, especially considering the rates. I also encountered issues with cleanliness in my room. There were numerous mosquitoes and cockroaches, which was very off-putting. Mold was visible in various areas, and several items appeared to be in disrepair. Overall, I believe the quality doesn’t match the price, and there are significant improvements needed in service and maintenance.

Old property, the room that i get quite old type of facilities, and can hear mouse on top of ceiling. Quite worry if those mouse will come out from somewhere.

Staff is very friendly. Walking distance to the food stall, market, 8min walk to Zhong Shan station.

Unfortunately, our stay here was comically terrible.. the room didn’t look like the room that we booked online, and it was full of damp. The overall feeling was that it wasn’t clean and our bedsheets were also slightly damp. In the night our bathroom and bedroom light was malfunctioning so it kept on flicking, this seemed to be an old problem as the lighting was a wiring issue. We woke up to our water being cut in the morning so we had to use to bottle water to brush our teeth and wash our faces. We will apply for a refund!!! Will send the hotel videos (sadly didn’t take photos.)
