Great location! It's only 10- min walk from the Taichung Railway Station. There are a lot of good eating places around. Clean room with lovely decor.

One of the beds is very hard. May back hurt and it was not ok to sleep sideways.

We booked a family room for four. Room is wide, the beds are separated. It's like 2 rooms in one. The room has a washing machine which we utilized on our stay. It also has cooking utensils, microwave and refrigerator. Staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Location is a bit of walk from the Taichung station, not very convenient if u have alot of luggages to push.

Room is spacious and comfortable for families. There is washing machine (no dryer) in room - We just wash and hang dry in room. There is also washing machine as certain levels near the lift and hot / cold water dispenser on every level. Staff is friendly and helpful.

- Missing hairdryer in the room. It is a minor thing, I even don’t use it, but I consider having it in the room without asking reception, a plus.

There was one day housekeeping forgot to close the room door after changing the towels. We came back at night to our room with the door opened. Our room was located in a corner. That explains why the room was still in tact. But it is still a serious mistake and our belongings could have been stolen.

Hotel is clean and comfortable. Choose a room with washing machine for the convenience. Would be good if there is a little rack to dry our laundry. All other room types can use the coin laundry available at each floor. Water dispenser also available. Hotel located at a quiet street. Walking distance to taichung train station. Breakfast was simple.

The breakfast was packed to go every day, but not so many choices to select from. Maybe the hotel can improve at this point.

Pleasant hotel, spacious double room for 3 persons with kitchen facilities. The most we've liked the friendly interraction with the staff, they helped us to choose the places to visit around the city, so we thank them for that. We've found good small restaurants and markets close to hotel.

However bed was a little too hard. As for location, it could take about 10 to 15 minutes to main shopping streets. Hence, car/taxi is recommended for travelers who prefers to travel around in comfort.

The wifi was inconsistent and would stop working from time to time. Could not flush the toilet paper and the trash can in the bathroom wasn't airtight.

The water leaks out from the shower to the main toilet area which is a minor inconvenience.

The location is great and close to the market. The staff are friendly always remind you to order your breakfast for the next day whenever you return. There is also a museum at the basement which is really interesting!

Dining area closed very early in the evening for own refreshment. Toilet bowl drainage system doesn't work very well for my room. Only 2 hangers provided in the room.

Quite convenient. 15min walk from Taichung train station. Many buses from nearby bus stop less than 5min walk. Breakfast dining area is pleasant. Hotel was renovated. Facilities were quite new. Clean. Breakfast provided based on your choice from a menu.

The staff is polite and helpful. Taste of breakfast is nice. The menu is like Taiwan breakfast restaurant. (It is preordered when check-in. No need to wait.)

The staffs were very nice. The room was great in general, it had many lockers for us to hang our clothes. This place is close to many locations that we wanted to go, especially the Miyahara building. The beef noodle store near this place was a hidden gem too. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Lots of noises even over midnight. Bunch of people were talking loudly for hours and the sound is loud and clear through the closing window. The smell in room isn’t so good, not sure if it comes from the air conditioner or outside. A bit fragrance would be much better. Mattress is way to hard, I can feel there’s a blanket under the bed sheets, but still too hard for me. The sound from air conditioner and freezer are too loud.

The price and location are pretty good. The space for a single person is quite big enough for this price! Love the bathroom, is new and clean, especially they use washlet. There’s a water dispenser in the hallway, really convenient for me.
