Sliding toilet door a bit flimsy but not a big issue. Room with windows has no view as it's directly facing a blank wall of another building but good enough to still let some natural light in.

Location close to Ximending shopping district about 10min walk and 6min walk to NTU hospital metro. Room size just nice for 2 people. Room we booked had sink outside the bathroom in the actual room which is not a problem. Shower pressure was strong. No room keeping service if needed will have to request for one at the reception. Laundromat service provided at $50NTD. Free coffee and simple snacks provided at reception. Overall good budget hotel in central Taipei

Window looked straight out at the blank wall of another building, but still allowed natural light in and was plenty fine for the budget!

Solid location, near interesting things (walkable to Ximending walking district). ~5-10 min walk to MRT. Not too far from NTU, maybe ~30 mins door to door? Clean, comfy, all we needed.

Inside the room, there was so much noise and light from the equipment, the fridge, the air conditioning, as well as there is a constant red light from the security which cannot be turned off, and TV light. Be careful if you are sensitive to noise and light. I bought my eyes cover for sleeping, which was more than useful in this situation.

Room was quite big for 1 traveler, quite clean as well.

Tricky faucet! It’s hard to control the water temperature — even small adjustments can cause the water to become too hot or too cold. Also, switching from the main tap to the showerhead is not intuitive. The faucet is split into an upper and lower section, which makes it easy to confuse the temperature control with the diverter. It takes some trial and error to figure out how it works, especially when you're in a hurry or the water is already running

When I asked for cleaning the room, they came in the afternoon but just do the trash cans in the bedroom and washroom respectively. They didn’t do other cleaning.

The location is convenient to go to Ximending and Taipei Station. The staff of front desk are very nice and helpful. One of them speak Cantonese when he knows we are from Hong Kong. His name is Jer.

No hand soap in bathroom. They won't turn on lights in cafeteria before 8am, so you'll have to eat in the dark.

The rooms seem newly renovated. The cafeteria area is clean and has cappuccino maker.

During our last night, our neighbor was very loud until 2:00am and I think they were smoking, when it is actually prohibited.

The room was ok and the toilet and shower room were very clean. They give free drinks as well.

Only gripes are 1) no space to place luggage in room 2) reception opens too late at 8am so i had nowhere to store my luggage as i had an early start and was only coming back past 11am.

Overall, really great. Superb powerful shower, hood aircon and comfy beds.

Noise level from the road. "Double bed" features two single mattresses. No bottled water in the room.

Great value! I had a surprisingly large room with windows towards the street. Modern, clean bathroom with shower and single. Automated check in. Cozy reception area with free snacks. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location close to the train station.

There was a wall opposite the window and as a result the room was always dark. Despite the hotel being No Smoking, in the evenings I could smell smoke coming from the bathroom. Some guests were probably smoking and the smell was coming through the exhaust system.

Clean and modern room. Good location, close to underground and main train station. Overall good stay.
