New and spotless room with huge windows, quiet at night, super friendly staff, perfect!

Nice hotel, clean and spacious rooms and bathrooms. There is a free supply of water, tea and coffee as well as some snacks to purchase at the lobby. The location is very central on the island, you can get anywhere in 10-15min or by a 20-30min walk. Also plenty of restaurants around.

On 暮澄, we paid NT19,255÷3=NT$6'418.33/night. Others paid $11,248÷3=$3,749/night. We traveled all over Taiwan from Taipei to Kaohsiung and Tainan. We stayed at a variety of hotels, like good air B&B, 4 stars, and 5 stars. Most of my hotel were breakfasts are included. 暮澄 Hotel is the most expensive and the worst service, in my opinion. There is no service, no hand soap, and no breakfast included. What is included was paid extra to get what you wanted. They were asking me for more money on NT, $5 quarter size hand soap, and NT$50 on each pillow we asked. As I traveled to many hotels, none of them asked for extra charges on anything. After I made a reasonable complaint, they finally offered me free pillows on the second night. We stayed a few nights, there were no towel changes, no floor cleaning, no trash collect service. I hope the owner will see this. You guys should have included all the service with the price I paid. When we checked in, the lobby was hectic to check in. Outside the floor full of shoes on the ground and dirty, We don't even know where to step in. After we finally walked in, there were more people standing check in area. We don't have more space to stand because they allowed some teens doing art projects over a tiny front desk. I was totally shocked, and I deeply doubt if this is the right place where I paid $6,418 per night service. 5 stars price with 1 star service. Although, the front desk girls are friendly. The host, or the owner, needed to have better management. The service you provided is overcharged on me. I am extremely upset how you charged me with no service. I can't believe people left extremely high reviews. I deeply doubt how these reviews came from. After this, I can't trust it at all.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. You know who you are! They were very kind and willing to help us book our motorcycle reservation and snorkeling outing. They were also very humble and kind when we were struggling with figuring a few things out - they spent a lot of time answering questions, arranging taxis and making sure we felt comfortable. They were a pleasure to be around. The room was great and clean. The BnB is centrally located, perfect for a stay in Liu Qiu.

The space is enough for five of us. Bed and facilities are ok

Location was good. Had tables in the lobby which were good for eating takeout breakfast. Easy to get a view from anywhere on the island, so even though there was no window in the room, was not an issue.

Private bathroom had a somewhat transparent door. Ok for couples or solo travelers.
