We saw photos of a swimming pool for this hotel on Google Maps, but when we checked in, the front desk staff informed us that the hotel actually does not have a swimming pool. This was very disappointing and made us feel deceived. If there is no swimming pool, such photos should not be posted on Google Maps, as they can mislead tourists. We hope the hotel can improve in this regard. The hotel does have a hot spring pool, and it is very well maintained and clean. However, it is a pity that the hot spring is only open from the evening to nighttime. This made our stay quite boring, as there was no swimming pool to use and the hot spring wasn’t available during the daytime. We hope the hotel will consider opening the hot spring spa area during the daytime in the future. We stayed at this hotel for two days. The main course options for the buffet breakfast were quite limited, and on both days, the fried rice noodles were already gone by the time we arrived. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not replenish the food promptly. We hope they can improve the speed of refilling dishes in the future.

The hotel provides plenty of free drinking water bottles and some snacks, which is a very thoughtful service.

The air-conditioning was quite noisy the first night. We had to pack everything to move to another room the second day. The toilet was not working right. Also, it is in a rural area and away from the downtown. You only have a supermarket close by to shop. No local events closed by.

Price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. Parking is a bonus. Staff is very nice and helpful.

The two people working at the front desk were not friendly at all. They seemed tired and overworked, which could the reason…. But when we checked in, we didn’t feel we were welcome to stay there, that kinda set the tone for our visit. The same feeling when we checked out; it felt like they didn’t care if we return or not. This is the first time we stayed in a Naruwan hotel, we like the room, the cleanliness and we were impressed by the wonderful breakfast and breakfast staff. But next time we might choose to stay at another Naruwan hotel instead of this one.

The breakfast was great, the breakfast staff was very friendly. Dinning room was small, but served quality food.

It is about 5 kilometers from downtown and if you do not have your own transportation, it can be a problem getting to town.

Awesome hotel, Upgraded to top floor, Large room with expansive views. Very clean, Large room. Great fitout. Loved the swimming pool, steam room and onsen area. Breakfast buffet was expansive. Free snacks Staff were extremely competent and professional Enjoyed a few meals in restaurant. Great food. Thoroughly recommend. This place represents exceptional value. Should be given a extra star ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Also check out green island just off the Coast from here. World class diving and old school charm.

the breakfast is not bad but also not that good, the room has little dust here and there, the shower is not user friendly as it is hard to control the water temperature.

As we read in previous reviews, the hotel (galaxy place) is closed and they redirected us to another hotel (galaxy hotel) 100m down the road. They could have send us a message before arrival, because now we had to call to find out. The galaxy hotel we were directed to is absolutely not disappointing, we were very happy with our stay!

Big spacious room with beautiful mountain and sea view. Also enjoyed the swimming pool and spa. Little bit remote so you will need a car. Lots of parking space.
