Great location, close to the surf beach with a stunning view of the water. Best breakfast experience ever. So rich an offer of varieties, highly recommended. The rooms are spacious and have a nice little balcony.

Reception was unmanned and the self check-in kiosks wasn't working. A/c was really warm. Weather was already warm and humid and the a/c wasn't cold even at 18 degrees celcius. No microwave anywhere in the hotel for us to reheat our food. No general rubbish bins for us to leave our rubbish with foodscraps. TV is in an awkward position that we are not able to enjoy it comfortably in bed.

Amazing views, comfy beds, great location. Toilet was amazing with the bidet. A separate shower, toilet and sink means different people can use the different facilities at the same time! love it!

Location very good, just right next to the beach, can see the beach from the balcony. Just that might be abit hard to get around without a car. They have a nice hot water pool at the rooftop which opens till quite late at night. Can enjoy the night view while relaxing in the hot pool.

The C/P value isn't that great. In bad weather, there's not much to do nearby. The hotel is far from everywhere, so you need your own car or scooter, or you will rely on the cab service. The soundproofing isn't that great either, so with a New Year party going on somewhere near, I didn't get much sleep at night. Also, we had a room for four with the washbasin in an open space near the door. We are certainly not used to this lack of privacy when doing the personal hygiene. There is no way to clean the toilet after yourself. The water pressure in the shower was also quite low, so it took me forever to finish the shower. Last but not least, it's winter, but there was no way to turn off the A/C in the room. I mean, what the heck? We had a lot of fun with my companion anyway, but all of these details add up to a rather mixed impression of the hotel. All in all, I wouldn't care to visit again.

Breakfast, served in the adjacent 5-star hotel The Archipelago, was the richest I have seen for quite some time. Mostly Taiwanese and East Asian, but except for real bread, Western cuisine was also well represented. I got three types of excellent omelettes, for example, and a rich selection of fruit. Originally, we were asked to choose a time slot for breakfast, and the only one left was 06:30 to 08:00, but we showed up at 09:00, and, luckily, it wasn't an issue. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel design is simple and clean, and the rooms look new and well-maintained. This is a 3-star hotel with the service and pricing of a 4-star hotel.

The restrictive timings of the hot springs and the game room. It would be nice if guests can access them anytime of the day. The hotel is very close to the beach with a provision of having a bridge connection (on 2nd floor) but it seems that this hasn't been actioned yet.

The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had, with its variety of options and flavorful taste. The facilities, especially the common game room, had a very positive influence on our experience since we spent a substantial amount of our time there when it was raining outside. The onsen is also a remarkable feature of the hotel allowing the guests to relax and unwind. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful all throughout our stay.

Honestly nothing!

Love the cool, eccentric, laid-back, fun vibe of this place. Honestly for the price it’s fantastic. Rooms are clean, very spacious with beautiful views, and minimalistic but chic. The vibe on the roof is awesome with chill house music playing and the gorgeous view of the green mountains on one side fading into the beach and wide open ocean on the other. Good breakfast, cute and cozy options. Very near the beach and also some really great restaurants. Highly recommend.

breakfast tasted so so. And on Tuesday morning, the breakfast provides corn flakes but doesn't provide milk! It doesn't make sense. I asked for some milk, and they said they don't provide milk today but they provide milk yesterday!🤨 After we asked, they just called the other hotel to get some milk.
