Fantastic location with a view of Sun Moon Lake from our room. Rooms were large, clean and airy. A delicious breakfast is cooked by the owners, who are so lovely and accommodating. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very new and super clean! Great location and tasty breakfast - and all of these for the half of the price that places nearby wanted.

I like the warm hospitality by owner Mr.Stoney / Mrs wong & his son Nick. Breakfast is excellent as they prepared my special vegetarian breakfast on my request being I am strict vegetarian. The location is excellent . Rooms are very very clean. Even Mr. Stoney help me to get me drop at local bus station and also arrange a hanging bridge tour with personal attention and properly guided me about what ever query I made with them. They all are family members and give to me their utmost care. Words are short to explain their magnanimity.

Absolutely lovely hotel with the sweetest hosts and an amazing location right by the lake! I want to emphasise the great service we received and say thank you to the people working there for helping us getting around and preparing such delicious breakfast for me and my partner! We loved our time here!

The owners of the Airbnb were very nice and friendly. They cooked very delicious and creative breakfast 😋. They cleaned up the whole house by themselves. Everywhere was very clean. We felt very comfortable. The mattress was very big and moderate hardness. We slept very well.

The family room with two large double beds were spacious and comfortable. We only stayed for one night and did not miss anything. The rooms and the bathroom were very modern and you can see that the owner put much thought into the decoration. Very friendly owners. Breakfast was homemade and very delicious. Nice location close to the Main Street but very quiet at night with parking options.

No lake view as the hotel is not directly located in the front row.

First of all, the room was so spacious and clean. We had 5 people and our room had 3 king sized beds (with one bed in its own little room). They provided a small fridge, hot water kettle, tea bags, water, etc. Otherwise, the breakfast was amazing! The portion was filling. They give you a menu to choose from a day before (sandwich or egg roll). The breakfast comes with fruits and veggies and drinks. The owner was super friendly and provided us with all the information that we needed for our trip. For people who wants to ride bikes or boats, I recommend talking to the owner because they have tickets that you can buy and he will let you know everything you need to know about traveling in sun moon lake. One other thing is that this place is about a 5 minute walk from the markets, so it is a good location if you like a chill and quiet stay with nice view, and also quick access to the night market. Will definitely recommend and will stay here again!

The only thing we would complain would be the location of the ac, which blows air to our head. We are just a bit more sensitive to wind so that is just our little problem~

The room was new and clean and spacious, the breakfast was really nice, with fruits from the local produce. Location is great too. The lobby is small but don't be fooled by that, the place is great.

Nothing. You have to take the stairs to the rooms, but it was not a problem

Amazing location (1 min walk to Ita Thao shopping district, 2 min walk to the pier, 5-10min walk to the rope/cable cars), rooms are very clean and quite, with a lake view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is freshly made and delicious as well! Would highly recommend!

The family are so attentive and kind but also very unassuming. We felt so well cared for. It is a small BnB with 2 rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor. The third floor room was more spacious and both were comfortable with nice lake view and balcony. The parking was very convenient. The breakfast omelette was perfectly cooked. The location was very close to markets, wharf and gondola. The restaurant recommendation was delicious and clearly a local favourite too. The morning SUP they booked for us was fun and it was lovely and peaceful to be on lake. We were sad to leave.

Excellent and warm service from this lovely family. The room was very clean and spacious with a small balcony to enjoy the view on the lake. The location was also ideal, with a 2 minutes walk to reach the market street. If you do not need an easy access to the main bus station on the area (in Suishe), you will spend a better time in Ita Thao in this BnB. Strongly recommanded !

The only and very minor downside would be the lack of elevator (but the host will offer its help to carry your luggages).
