Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Loved everything about this place, especially the Osen bath in our hotel room. We planned to go to the outdoor onsen, but there was a lot of mosquito’s during this season so really glad we could have it right in the comfort of our room! Staff was professional and friendly, lots of activities and location was great!

Nothing to dislike. Superb service and facilities.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. Hot spring tub was deep and wide. They also provided daily teatime and supper snacks with movie which we love. Their game room and library was a hit with the kids! Staff were very professional and friendly. Location is great too!

Location wise a bit further from the main stretch but its a nice walk. Room is a bit small hence if you have bigger luggages you wont have much space.
The outdoor spa pool and the gaming room were awesome. Loved the spa tub in the room too. Breakfast was good with good coffee provided. The tofu pudding during tea time is fantastic too.

There are 2 buildings so if you are allocated in the 2nd building you will be exposed to weather elements during check in or check out. Property is in a quiet area so will have to walk 5-10 minutes to main street with shops. There is a family mart across the property, less than 50m.
It is clean and the quality of the amenities are good. Comes with carbonator water dispenser on one level. The hotel breakfast has quite good selection. It has a games room with arcade and games console.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a private hot spring bath! They also have an incredible buffet breakfast spread. It was raining on one of the days, we stayed at the property and made use of their free facilities in the gaming room. There are basket ball machines, car racing, and even Nintendo Switch games.

Lack of closet

We went to breakfast a bit later (still in the allowed time) and everything seemed to have been left out for a long time.. the pancakes were rock hard.. There was lots of variety though, so if you go earlier might be fine!
The kids play area in the shared hot spring area was fun! Games room also fun for adults/older kids. Room was a bit small but i liked the modern design and the hot spring tub!

Wish there was better service regarding disruptions: on the first night, our electronic door lock was out of commission, so we waited for ~30 mins for staff to open the door (luckily our family has another room next door with the cousins, so we waited there). Then we had to switch to a nearby room with a working door lock, which took another ~20 mins to move everything. We were already late trying to get my kid started with the bedtime routine. The door lock issue delayed my kid's bedtime. I complained to the hotel regarding how this impacted my son's bedtime schedule, but I don't think she understood the importance. For the inconvenience, the hotel staff gave me a bag of small toiletries and two rubber balls for kids. Certainly didn't make me feel better about the trouble we went through.
Location is near downtown Jiaoxi, a short drive away. The public hot springs facilities were great, especially because there was a kids playground slide in a shallow hot springs pool for the kids. The play room for the kids with PS4 racing seats, switch, and games were fun for the kids. The treehouse room was also a hit with the kids. Breakfast and free afternoon snack (in the same restaurant) were both good.
