There is no staff on site, they sent door code and left the room key inside the entrance The rooms small, no window The bed ladder very steep, make sure you put in request for lower bunk for easy access

The location was right outside Y13 exit of the Taipei underground city mall linked with Taipei main station, and cute little shops in the area

The only thing made me feel little uncomfortable was with no window. I stayed for four nights and without having fresh air coming in and we had trash in the bin so that made the smell little bit bad. It felt weird waking up in super dark room at 9am lol.

Overall, the property is in really good area and convenient, especially with the distance from the airport. And, I felt safe and it was quiet.

1. No elevator, the stairs is steep and not convenient for heavy/large luggage or people with bad knee 2. Room/bathroom/common area is small. Bed is on top of the sofa area, little crowded for tall person. 3. There’s leakage with ac 4. No window, but it’s expected when I booked

1. Location is good, right across the Taipei Main Station Y13 exit. 7-11 closed by. 2. Easy self checkin/out 3. Clean room/area. The bed is comfortable. Bathroom is nice with great shower system/special toilet seat. Hair dryer provided. 4. Staff responded promptly on LINE 5. Water station, laundry/dryer are available; on different floor. 6. Like the private sofa area in the room.

Room a bit smelly

Dont have lif, needs to climb up to 3rd floor, the toilet is clean but the hot water is imbalance. The water pressure for hot water is high compare to cold water which make the water constantly hot for our body to bear even the faucet is facing maximum to the cold water pipe. Also, they dont provide the actual towel, i might use the floor mat which look like towel in small size because the fabric is smelly. Oh gosh poor me used the floor mat to wipe my body. 😢

The location of it is nearby to Taipei Main Station (400m walking) and also at the back of the hotels there is like a street shop that sell souvenir & cloth etc. Can walk also to 7e.

no elevator, and the walls are not soundproof AT ALL. even normal conversation volume will transmit through walls loud and clear. our neighbours were being super loud at 3am and we had to go knock on their door- it didnt help that theres no staff to maintain quietness if the need arises

Only the dorm rooms themselves are air conditioned. The toilets and showers have the same temperature as the outside. This was summer during my stay and it was 37 degrees inside. I sweated even when I was taking a shower. Not pleasant. The dorm rooms were never swept or vacuumed while I was there. I actually cleaned the floor once because it was so dirty. Not good.

The mattresses were actually mattresses and not some thin yoga matt that many hostels use. It was comfortable.

Toilets are a bit smelly. It will be better if they're bidets available for urine washing.

Good value for money. Great location, just few steps away from Taipei city mall subway (exit Y13) Self check in and out are convenient through social media communication (Line, Whatsapp)
