Room perfect for a solo traveler

The room is not dark at all. The outside lights from the hall shine to bright in the room. Suggestion is tobring an eye mask if you want it to be pitch dark.

Good quality hotel with amenities like washing machine, dryer, and well equipped room

There was a High step to enter the bathroom and this is not suitable for those with mobility limitations.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Love that it had alot of toiletries, the staff was very helpful

I didn't like the mattress. It was a bit hard to sleep on. Only thing missing was a clothes iron and ironing board.

My positive rating is for "Vincent", who is the only worker who even tried to help me with my reservation the first night. Thank you.

This is an extremely overpriced bunker, NOT close to the airport, as advertised, with no windows, and no control over the air condition. You share 2 toilets with a whole floor of guests! Two showers are available for the people as well. The trash cans were overflowing every night by 6pm, and there were no cleaning people in site. The bathroom situation, for that price, was disgusting. There is also no refrigerator, and in the rooms with windows, you cannot open the windows! It is a clausterphobic's nightmare. This bunker is at the LAST STOP from the airport. A22, is the last stop from Terminal 1. I asked for a window, and immediately, "That will cost 200 NTD more." What? Then I asked for a refrigerator. "That is another 200 NTD more." You have got to be joking. When I checked out, I found a "business hotel" right around the corner with more than all the amenities you could ever dream of, and very safe and clean, for much less money. And people who tried to speak English. The young people who work in TOURISM at this hostel, cannot for their lives, even though they learned it in school, speak a lick of English. Not even basic words, relating to the air conditioner. In all your years of mandatory English in Taiwan, you do not understand "low, high"? When in Taiwan, the very best hotels are "motels." I spent the rest of my stay in these kind of establishments. They are actually the very best, for very reasonable money, and do not deserve any bad reputation they might have. But beware!!!!! They are never on Booking, either. You have to walk around and find them, yourself. They are every 50 meters. Just walk around a bit, and you will be glad you did, because the savings and quality of accomodation is far superior to trend hotels like the "Hub hotel."

I don’t understand why this hotel has so many good reviews. The room never get to see the sun at all so the room has bad smell and is humid. The window in the room is just a deco. Size of the room is so tiny and has small bathroom. This hotel is not for family.

Appreciated that Hub hotel upgraded one of our room to a pro-handicapped room as we mentioned that we have a wheelchair for my 85 yrs old mother. Truly appreciated the kind gesture! Breakfast was good!

The hotel pick up arranged by the hotel was inexperienced. They both actually not sure how to go back to their car after picking us from Arrival. My 85 yrs old mother had to walk quite a distant before a airport officer stopped us & tell the drivers to bring us to pick up point while they search for their cars. We had to pay additional TWD200 for pick up signage which is a A4 paper with our names written in marker! Pillow is quite flat. Otherwise everything was good.

That there is an accessible room for wheelchair users.

That the route to the hotel is barely wheelchair friendly and that the room even without windows has MOSQUITOES. You’re paying to be their blood buffet.

The room's WiFi seems to be acting up. Was able to connect once and wasn't able to connect after.
