Convenient access to the night market. Good mix of shops in the neighbourhood for some retail therapy. 2 shoe shops stood out - one is a local brand of leather shoes (Aso) and another an Italian brand (Macarati)

Friendly and helpful 老闆和老闆娘！Beds are comfy, facilities are well equipped and maintained. They even have washing machine available to use for free! Great location, ports, bus station and night market are all within walking distance.

A little bit hard to find, the elevator is in a back alley full of parked scooters. You have to put on the bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case yourself, but the upside is that you know it's definitely changed.

Great location, next to the harbour and night market. Free use of the washing machine (paid dryer). Helpful, friendly staff.

There was nothing to dislike other than next time, I hope to stay longer.

Perfectly located near the waterfront, station, and with the best food night market just around the corner, I was made to feel very welcome from the moment I arrived in this lovely 5th floor guesthouse. My room was very comfortable. The showers were excellent, and the lounge/dining area had everything you needed if you wanted to cook for yourself, perhaps unlikely given the choice of wonderful food close by. Tea and coffee are complimentary, and I reckon that the coffee here was the very nicest I've had anywhere in Taiwan. It was raining (apparently this is normal weather here), so I didn't go out much but still enjoyed very much my stay here. The night market is literally around the corner, and the food here was excellent.

Just walking distance from Train Station, facilities for us was good, even so many customers, seems more than 20 persons but bathrooms & toilets enough for all. Love their rules not allowed use hairdryer & laundry after 11pm, strict but good for customers. Ivy as ladybos so friendly and recommend so many nice things surrounding Keelung, Boss also friendly and explained anything with very calm & soft. Not forget their night shift staff, young man, forgot ask his name, I always saw him did cleaning inside unit, and polite to us Thank you for your warm hospitality, Light Inn !

Being an experienced backpacker, I must say, this is probably the best hostel I have ever stayed inn :) Perfectly clean, very quiet (although located at a very busy junction), very comfortable beds (and big - I am 1,92m tall, but still the matress was longer), efficient AC, fast WiFi. Plus extremely caring personnel and the owner herself, who really make you feel like home (helped me to go through a Chinese website to apply for a hiking permission - succesfully :D). More than highly recommended :D

There are a lot of rules hung up on the wall. :-) Most were just helpful things or about keeping the noise down after certain hours (which it's probably a good thing, as some of the rooms are right next to the common room) Some rules are a bit weird like 'don't stay in your room for longer than an hour between 15:00 and 19:00 or no showers after 23:00

Very kind gentleman at the counter! It was a very nice welcome. I also loved the quiet relaxing music playing. It's a comfortable quiet place, at least when I was there. The common area is quite big with a lot of daylight and a nice view from the windows. The location is the best! Right near the amazing night market, and close walking distance to the train and bus station. Can definitely recommend this place.

There are too many religious references on every corner.

A centrally located, modern hostel where family rooms can also be booked. Despite the location in the middle of the city center, it was quiet at night. The facility is quite new and well maintained. Good beds. The sanitary facilities are shared with the other guests; there is a large common room with easy supplies. An underground car park is also available.

Location is the best. Near Keelung night market, opposite side of station that can catch a bus to Keelung fish port, Heping island, Chaojing park. Staff and the owner are very nice.

The wall is thin, and I can still hear others' laughter when resting. But that's only due to some inconsiderate guests, I guess.
