The staff were very friendly and super accommodating. They helped us with all our questions and requests. Going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and as hospitable as possible. Also the breakfast was incredible and very very delicious. Do not hesitate to stay here it was such a lovely place to stay and rest after exploring.

The highlight of our trip at Xiaoliqiu was hands down this beautiful villa we stayed in and the hospitality provided by Sunny and Vicky during our 2 nights stay. Location: Close to the main northern part of the island where the ferry terminal and shops are. It’s situated on top of a secluded hill away from all the traffic and noise. It is also located only a 5min e-bike ride from Beauty Beach, where we were lucky enough to swim with around 20 sea turtles in the morning during high tides. Accommodation: my husband and I (mid 30s) stayed in the one bedroom villa which is part of the main building where breakfast is served. The quality and aesthetics of the villa is absolutely beautiful. So tranquil and peaceful. Room: Japanese style tatami room with traditional futon beds. Please note that we are both Taiwanese so these beds are very comfortable for us, but if you are used to western mattress then please take note. Amenities: we were provided with simple luxuries such as L’Ocitanne shampoo + conditioner, handmade soaps and Dyson hair dryer. There was also a wide selection of yummy snacks in the room. Breakfast: One of the main reasons I chose to stay here was because of the scrumptious and healthy breakfast spread prepared with so much love and care by the hosts. Sometimes when you’re traveling you miss out on important vitamins and fiber which is exactly what the breakfast here provided and was able to sustain us until dinner time. I also need to mention that the fresh produce is grown on the property! Other Services: Sunny and Vicky were very prompt in organising ferry tickets and e-bikes for us. Convenient and makes planning less stressful Thank you again to Sunny and Vicky for the wonderful stay! I will definitely come back and book a longer stay so I can enjoy Lumiere more ❤️

The beds were a bit hard for us personally (though our children didn't seem to mind them)

A really beautifully designed suite up the hill overlooking the town. In a lovely quiet location but still easy to walk to the restaurants, ferry terminal, Vase Rock and Beauty Beach. Air conditioner worked well and wasn't at all loud.

The cabin we stayed in was beautiful and new. The property was peaceful and was more private than we anticipated. The breakfasts prepared in the morning by our hosts were beautifully set and delicious. The hosts themselves were extremely nice and helpful. They can communicate in English, if needed, although we spoke Mandarin with them. One note that may be important to some travelers is that the bedding is traditional tatami mats, not western style mattresses.

Sunny and Vicky went above and beyond to welcome us and help us to get around the island. The cabin is beautiful and comfortable with all the things one might need. The breakfasts were made with care and were healthy, fresh, and delicious, with most ingredients grown by the hosts. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the island.

A quiet location perched on a hilltop with breathtaking vistas, we woke up feeling refreshed every day. Very safe location, the doors were locked every night, and there was a CCTV on site. Everything that was served was positively scrumptious! We loved the meals. Even our daughter who is a picky eater would eat Vicky and Sunny's cooking. :) Convenient access to lots of shops, and stores/tours for water sport activities like snorkel, glass-bottom boat tour, and paddle boarding. Vicky & Sunny gave us great tips for touring Liuqiu!

Sunny and Vicky were delightful hosts from start to end. They communicated with us in a timely manner, helping us with transport, food and sightseeing recommendations. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and even gave herbal medicine to my friend who was sick with a cough. They also very kindly allowed us to have guests over on one of the evenings. Their thoughtful gestures and commitment to making our stay as comfortable as possible was greatly appreciated. The interior was extremely aesthetic and pleasant to stay in. Everything was clean and tidy, and arranged in an orderly manner. We also absolutely loved the breakfast served, it was a top tier banquet packed with nutritious fruit and vegetables! We are thankful to the hosts for waking up so early each day to prepare our breakfast! Plus, there was an adorable dog there to greet us everyday! We highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Xiaoliuqiu!

The location offered a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle, providing stunning views and plenty of nature. We loved the spaciousness of the house, which gave us plenty of room to relax. Despite being peaceful, the property was close enough to the city for easy walking access, and beautiful beaches were within walking distance as well. The house itself felt luxurious and spacious, designed in a beautiful Japanese style.
