We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very friendly staff with good English. Clean and comfortable. Free water in reception. Great price and the location is 1km from Main Station. 24h reception and a lift. Can’t ask for much more!

Very close to main station and many good restaurants. Safe area. Staff was pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel was extremely quiet- could not hear traffic outside or other guests. Beds large and firm and very comfortable. Very clean bathroom & shower. No offensive smells. Air conditioning worked well, and also dehumidifier.

Excellent service pre-stay and during our stay. The refreshments and snacks at the reception area were welcoming. The staff at the reception and for room service were friendly and helpful. Thank you for the recommendations, for storing our luggage after we checked out and the warm send-off when we returned to pick up our luggage. The location of the hotel is near 2 train stations on 2 different lines, making it easy for us to take the MRT to many places. There are many good eating places and convenience stores around the hotel. There is also a Catholic Church around the corner on the main road.

Older hotel in a good location close to lots of convenience stores, restaurants and bars. Staff was really friendly. Internet speeds/wifi was rather slow. It's fine for a night or two but the room was really small and the AC had to be on the whole time. Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors quite a bit.

United KingdomThe business double room was tiny, it was obviously a single room at one point as there was a single bed headboard and sockets on one side of the double bed. The wall to the bathroom was frosted glass so you could see in when someone was using it. Only one bath towel per person and no hand towels. No hand soap.
The location was great, an easy walk to The Museum Of Contemporary Art, the Art Park and department stores. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Pretty quiet. Had a hairdryer. A little balcony. Warm. Good value for money.

GermanyIt will take about 10-15 mins to get to the nearest MRT stations. The AC is pretty loud (I use ear plugs for sleeping though, so I wasn't really bothered). Room is pretty compact so not much space for luggage. No laundry service.
Very friendly staff, small but cozy room, great value. The location is in the middle of the Linsen bar area. So if you like drinking (or watching Japanese business men getting drunk), this is a good place to stay. But it's also easy to ignore the busy streets. I didn't hear any noise (except the AC) in my room. You are surrounded by Japanese restaurants and Zhongshan station with malls, cafes etc. is just a 10 mins walk.

Good location and great staff. We arrived early from our flight and were very tired due to jet lag. The staff let us check in early as soon as our room was ready and provided some instant noodles as a snack.
