The shower was in the same space as the toilet and sink.

I loved the washing machine and dryer and how fun the room decoration was. Also, it was very close to a night market and the metro line. I also liked that there were so many shops and places to eat nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The carpet was very old and had a lot of stains on it and it smelled a bit mouldy as well .

Location was perfect if you like to be in the middle of the city . It’s in New Taipei city and 3 mins walk to the MRT station . MRT is the best way to move around in Taipei . Staff was very helpful and polite .

There was a lack of bedside table and socket area in our room (i'm not sure if all rooms are like that, but that is the case in our room). Also, maybe it could use a little bit of soundproofing in all rooms and brighten the lights.

Upon reaching the floor, we were greeted by cuteness of the whole floor! The interior was like made especially for kids. The staff is very hospitable and is really willing to help and give recommendations. The hotel has free coffee, tea, hot/cold water, and many variation of snacks. The location is conveniently placed near the metro, 8-10 minute walk from the hotel, and has a nearby night market. So that was a bonus as well!

We saw more than one cockroaches in the room

Friendly staff means a lot to customers. Also, the themes of the rooms are cute which created a cosy an environment to family travelled with children.

The bed was on the tatami floor, which was not as comfortable for slightly older parents. There’s a KTV above the hotel, can hear some muted sound of people singing till maybe about 12/1am; with Tv on in the room can’t really hear them.

Very cute design. Very convenient to the MRT station. Good for young couples with young children. Snacks and coffee provided at lounge area. Secure (need their key to enter the hotel area itself). Luggage storage was available during their operational hours where there’s staff at the counter. Staff were very helpful too.

The walls were thin so you will hear the next room sometimes. There seemed to be a karaoke place nearby and it didn't stop until way past midnight. It wasn't loud, but it might be a problem for light sleepers. The shower was very strong, but it took time to finally have hot water.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our flight was cancelled so we were one day late. Regardless of the payment issue I wasn't able to resolve it right away, our room was still kept for us. The location was conveniently close to bus stops, MRT station, night market and many shops. The interior design was adorable. The shower was very strong. There's a laundry room on site but I didn't have time to use it, even though it was the main reason I looked at this hotel.

Very accessible to the nearest MRT (Taipei Bridge station), had a lot of stores, restaurants, and even a night market nearby. Staff were very friendly and answered questions we had.

The loud music coming from somewhere outside. Made it hard to sleep. Not hotel's fault, but definitely something I always try to find out about before booking.

Very artsy and fun. Big bathroom. Carpeted floors (easier for my baby to crawl around). Near night market, supermarket, and MRT.
