The person who is in charge of check-in and everything is super friendly and nice. He is very helpful and super kind. I think he is the backbone to this hostel and should get a raise. I do think the beds are comfortable actually. As long as you're not expecting a 5 star hotel quality bed. The bed space area is always clean and comfortable and private. If you need or want something, you just need to ask and maybe they can help you. Just unfortunate when people who snore are also sleeping near you though so maybe if you snore or something maybe you should consider other people before you join a hostel.

It's definitely dirtier than when I first came when it was first opened. Everything was new then so it was definitely very clean in the bathroom and respectable. I think when I wore my contacts accidentally to take a shower in the girls section... I was shocked to say the least about like the black spots on the metal in the showers... Also I think there's a big difference now with the people who stay here... I feel like they treat it like a dorm or something but it's a hostel. These people didn't used to leave things on the sink but now they do. Maybe you guys should add a sign if you don't want that.

loved my pillow best in Taipei staff very helpful tried really hard to make my stay comfortable excellent directions to bank and ordered my taxi and provided address to the driver staff could speak English so very important for information despite hearing people talking still had a very good sleep great restaurants in the area

could hear almost everyone talking including someone taking a shower even with ear plugs very small place with kitchen area right next to the bedrooms a bit far to walk just to get to the mrt Taipei station is best to avoid doing so much walking just to get to mrt

It was very organized, and clean. And very quiet as well.

Well, visitor can only stay at the waiting area which is fine. But i cannot let them come in to my bed even for a 15mins. In other hostel i can let a visitor come to my bed.

Everything was clean, the staff is nice and helpful. There is a kitchen with fridge for use.

AC sadly didn't reach my capsule so it was very hot. I think bottom capsules might be better. Also my bed was next to a window and the curtain was broken so it wan not possible to block sunlight.

Friendly onwer who went beyond to accommodate my needs including early check in (subject to room’s availability). The location is excellent and you can walk to Taipei satation or Ximen.

Nothing much. But the room can get a little noisy as there is no separation between the room area and the reception

Great spot to visit Taipei, close to the main station

The property was ideally located. Very close to Ximending night market, train stations and bus stops as well as convenience stores. The owner managed to give me a bottom bunk which was great. I stayed there for the whole week and tbh I would’ve stayed longer.

The host is very supportive and kind. I chose a double bed to stay with my friend which is cheaper but has the best view compared to the single beds. We have a window right by our bed, the lighting is gorgeous for taking a selfie 😆 Love.

Strategy location, accessible to convenient store & public transport.

Cleanliness can be improved, as found out that the bed & blanket have markings under the sheets :( Security wise can be improved as well, as there is no access card requirement in the elevator which allow everyone to enter the floor.

Warm and comfortable stay, bed is consider soft as well as pillow. I particularly love the women part hostel, they separate into a women only sleep and toilet are for privacy purpose. Location also very strategic, located nearby the main Taipei train station.
