The other main facility is excellent. But we stayed in the Annex building which is not that great

It was located near the market and the lake.

The room alloted was in the annexe and a old one.

The location was really convenient

Great location, few minutes walk to center, ita thao port, cable car station. Free parking lot.

No breakfast, and very less place/choice for breakfast nearby. Will never take "Economy Quadruple Room" again, lack of space (even I was all on my own, one person) in the room. It's located in the streetside and very noisy, sound-proofing was terrible. Window in the bathroom was moldy and difficult to open/close. The floor in the bathroom was wet when I first came in. Shower and toilet are all combined that means the bathroom floor will get all wet after shower. Very narrow entrance, one bed is stick close to the french window (the entrance). Only one chair in the room. Table lamp was out of order.

Great downtown location. The hotel is full of amazing art, including lots of fantastic paintings from the owner's wife. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the lake. A great experience overall and all staff members were really nice and helpful (they also helped us with parking our car).

Huge Rooms, Western Cabin like wooden architecture. Smack in the center of Ita Thao town.

Weird decors including paintings and statues. Place feels deserted. Handled entirely by two old staff.

Spacious, comfortable with nice view and lot of entertainment possibilities.

But expensive for the value.

The house is absolutely charming and beautifully decorated with amazing art and knick-knacks everywhere. It is like a museum. My room was huge and very comfortable. The location is amazing and everything was perfect!

Facility was pretty worn down and not so clean. Walls are thin and you hear pretty much everything from the neighbors and the street.

The hotel is beautiful and quirky. The owners are artists and collectors so it's stuffed with interesting object d'art. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the bathrooms were fine. Ours had a sit bath which was unusual but functional, there was plenty of hot water. Our rooms had a partial lake view. The rooms were well equipped with a fridge, kettle and TV. The beds were really hard and I was worried at first, but they were really comfortable. There were tables inside and in the garden - we bought takeaway breakfast and snacks and it was nice to be able to sit together as a family. It was close to all the street food and lake activities.

It would have been nice to be able to buy coffee or a beer or even eat at the hotel. It's such a nice venue it felt a shame to have to go out.

Cleanliness can be better. Cobwebs can be seen on the walls.

The owner is a very nice old man and will help you if you ask him about almost anything

Bad isolation, you can hear anything that is being said in the neighboring rooms, the owner doesn't really speak English, so a Chinese speaker is kind of necessary.

The beautiful garden, the main entrance is a real art gallery. Although, a bit crammed. Beautiful pieces of art. Close to everything.

The beds. you could feel the mattress springs making uncomfortable your sleep.

The property was lovely, very good value for money and very well located. Plenty of public areas to relax outside the room.

The kitchen was closed (not sure if this was temporary or permanent) so there were no breakfast or other dining options there. The WiFi is via a local proxy, so should not be used for anything sensitive - and many secure laptop configurations will actually block its use.

The ambience and room was excellent.The receptionist was very kind.
