The only area for improvement was the breakfast. A few more healthy options would be welcome.

This property is very convienently located close to the Shui-An Temple MRT stop in Taichung. There are also lots of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel is comfortable, clean and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Increase hooks in bathroom, and increase cleanliness to laundry area

Very convenient to MTR station, but not convenient to International Airport. Close to superstore "Carrefour" and many restaurants to choose.

The breakfast ends already at 9:30 when we found out the fruit were all gone, the staff refused to refill and only responded us that it’s all eaten, no more refill. The choice of the breakfast was very limited, not much western style.

Not too far from subway temple station however most places of interest were a fair distance on a bus. Not a lot to do in Taichung ( museums). Bed was somewhat hard so you toss and turn otherwise u get sore spots. The room was otherwise nice. Don’t like. Hotel sticks to 4 pm check in… miserable…for no good reason despite people waiting in the foyer. No other hotel in Taiwan we stayed in did that. Rainbow village to us was a small cluster of houses, colourful but other wise a silly waste of time. Not much to do in Taichung of interest. Fengchia Night Market was very crowded and overwhelming.

The gym was not well equipped.

The room was SPACIOUS and clean. Really good value for what you pay for. We also liked that it had self-help laundry facilities on the 5th floor, even though the machines were a little old.

Conveniently located near train station and 2 supermarkets. Room i booked was huge. Facilities generally served its purpose.

The hotel is superb for the value as it was a large room with spacious bathroom. Breakfast spread was good for oriental food, and thankfully cereal and milk were provided for kids. Free laundry service is amazing!

Near to the night market, shopping centre just across the street, very convenient and easy to get a taxi to go anywhere. Highly recommended.

The hotel parking is also for public use, so if you come in at a busy time, there may not be any parking underneath the hotel. The room wall is quite thin. We could hear next-door people talking at night while we are in bed.

The hotel location is superb, walking distant to many mallls and shops. Loads of restaurants around. The room and bathroom are spacious for our family of four. The bed is super comfortable.

Rooms are not soundproof, we couldn’t sleep well the first night because neighbours were partying till very late night. Hotel smells sewage but in the room was ok.

Room is spacious but it could be better utilised by adding a luggage rack. Sound proofing was not particularly good, there was drilling noise and loud vehicles on the first night. Centralised AC could not be adjusted, it was too cold for our comfort.

The building was dated and the smell of the sewer was all over the building and especially strong in the elevator. The elevator was small.

The buffet breakfast was very good! The shower head had really wonderful water pressure.

The pillow is too soft and only provide one per guest, regardless whether it is a twin bed or double bed. There wasn't any hand soft for washing of hands at the basin area, if you need to wash your hands with soap, you gotta get the hand foam from the shower cubicle. Shower cubicle was also very slippery when wet. Breakfast spread is quite limited. Orange juice was so diluted.

The room is pretty big, location was not too bad. There is a MRT station right in front of the hotel. But we travelled mainly around by Uber.

I didn’t like that the breakfast didn’t have enough cheese varieties.

Free parking was great. Rooms were spacious and clean. I wish they had freebies like soap shampoo and other stuff.
