Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room is too small for the family of four people.
Very good location, very helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable, we enjoyed our stay there.

Rooms were abit small.
Nice clean rooms with big beds. Easy to find the hotel which was in an old building. Didn't expect such nice bathrooms with toilets seat warmer. Good hot water pressure. Family mart n 711 just downstairs was really convenient. Shuanglian mrt - red line, 5 minutes walk and bus stop just 3 minutes away where airport bus 1819 stops.

Late check-in, no coffee sachets, a bit inconvenient to go down to 8th floor to get coffee. Perhaps have another coffee machine at 10th floor. Didn't have room for 3 persons.

The hotel is located in a building, the lift access to the hotel is old.
The location is near to the lrt station, night market and eateries. The room is comfortable.

The lift close very quick and we almost get injured if don’t get into the lift quick. The noise proof has to be improved.
The property location is very strategic. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. It’s well equipped with the shampoo and toiletries. They have the laundry service which is not expensive. The staff is very polite as well.

The noise came from the room next to you, easily to heard girl sang the song, fortunately her voice was pretty good🤣🤣🤣!

The matress is too soft for me.
Hotel is locate near to morning market , you can get nice food , fruits and some daily use things. There was a nice roasted chicken stall ,very yummy .

The water machines didn't work. The coffee was free and freshly ground but there was no milk and it didn't taste great.
It was clean and comfortable. Although the bathroom was in a glass box in the corner of the room, there was an additional curtain and it was well built to provide privacy. This design also maximized the light in the room. The shower was spacious and the dehumidifier worked well to dry our towels. We arrived late (midnight) but there was someone on the 8f to check us in.

Bolder signage at level 1 of the building would be better. The hotel is on two levels of the building only. Building is an old office building right between a Family Mart and 7-11.
The room and bathroom were well renovated and were clean! There was a common room with a coin- operated washer, dryer and water dispenser! The beds were king size.

- No concierge at Level 10. - Soundproofing is terrible. Really terrible. Every bit of sound comes in from the corridor. Door slamming, People talking, Water running at the room beside ours, plugging in of their plugs, to a kid crying non stop at 2:30am. - The layout of the standard room isn’t the best. But it’s okay for it’s price. - Hot water required letting the water run for about 3 minutes straight before it came out. A huge waste of water. - There was no safe too
The location is superb! At the heart of Taipei, Zhongshan district, where the life happens. Bed was comfy and aircon is good. The hotel operates off a tour agency building, at level 8 & 10. Concierge is at level 8 and our room was at level 10.

Mostly small things like the lobby didn't look like a hotel and the hotel is only on several floors of the building. Theres even another hotel on the lower floors. Toilet was separated by a curtain and had no locks. Pillows were flat type and felt duvets were a bit too thick.
Price was good. Location is ok, walkable from shuanglian station and theres 2 night markets considerably near. Convenience store just downstairs. Staff were nice, room was clean.

Glass panels to separate shower and toilet to the rest of the area, a bit inconvenient with children. Fridge is very old and rusted.

They don't have the building itself so you will be having a hard time at first to find the location of the hotel. The fridge was not getting cold and for the coffee you have to go to the 8th floor check in lobby to get coffee. The view from the window was not just nice.
The room is nice, clean and have good ambiance with window. Comfortable bed and almost near to MRT Shuanglian Station which is just a 5 minutes walk.
