Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hong KongThe balcony is a bit dirty, seems they will not clean it regularly. It is hard to enter the bathtub. The location is not close to any MRT stations.
The room is spacious and has a nice and open view with a balcony. There are many food stalls which are just adjacent to the hotel.

PhilippinesI can’t say i don’t like the location, it’s in a good vicinity thats near to everything (zhongshan, ximen etc) but the walk going to and from the MRT can be a bit tiring especially when you have shopping bags at the end of the day (you can always take an uber if you prefer). The bathroom needs a little upgrading (but I love their japanese toilet).
The room is clean, cosy and spacious. Location is good, lots of local food options around, 7-11 and family mart. It’s also in a quiet neighbourhood with two parks near the hotel. Nanjing Fuxing is the nearest station, about 10 min walk from the hotel + another 2-3min walk to get to the platform (green & brown lines).

It’s a very decent and neat hotel. The lobby isn’t busy so we were attended to very promptly. The staff are attentive and helpful but quite business like ( not very friendly or smiley). The vicinity is a local neighbourhood so we get a good sense of local life. It’s a 10 min pleasant walk to the metro. The room is of a decent size, very clean and bright.

The suite was enormous and excellent value for money. It was very clean and comfortable and had everything I could have wanted. The location is nice and quiet with a lot of places in walking distance. Bus stops are a few minutes' walk away, and there's a 7-eleven right across the street. The decor is lovely with a lot of attention to detail, both in the room and in the lobby and hallways. The bathroom was very big with a great shower, a bidet, and generous amenities.

United StatesI understand this is more of a day spa/ hotel but would have been good to still have a gym for travelers who come to this hotel to stay. I did find both rooms a bit small but still well designed. Would’ve been nicer if the staff moved our luggage from one room to the other when our reservations changed.
The facilities were very clean and nice. We had the opportunity to stay in a standard room and onsen room. Loved being able to experience both rooms. Both were very clean with modern designs.
