We had left over breakfast (not much left) because we were late came down.

To get to Sun Moon Lake. It took many hours travelling by train. We were staying one night at the property. The property surrounded by the lake and forest. We enjoyed so much the lake views. It was so beautiful.

it would be helpful to have food available a little later - breakfast finishes at 9am. Be aware that local restaurants close at 8pm if you want to order food for dinner.

The views from this hotel are just wonderful. It is peacefully set back away from the main road and we especially liked that we could stay in a 2 room cabin where we were all together but with privacy. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind - we were very happy and grateful.

Hard to fault. Only thing I can think of it was very busy at peak breakfast time so we went and did the ferry trip around the lake and then came back just before breakfast ended. All the food had been replenished and every table was available, including the best ones ones which were outside with a view of the lake.

A lovely, quite location with a beautiful view of the water and only a couple of minutes walk to the street stalls and ferry. Free parking available.

The top floor doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk up stairs - though, the staff helped us carry our luggage up the stairs so not a huge issue!

Huge room with great lake view! Very spacious, comfortable bed and big shower. Really enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the hotel. There is complimentary breakfast (congee, cooked food) and afternoon tea (local tea and local snacks). The afternoon tea was really tasty, and we even went to buy the snacks to take home from town! The location of the hotel was good, as it was located at the Ita Thao town with plenty of food options. Staff were very friendly and were responsive to requests. They even gave us a free gift for the Dragon Boat festival, which was very kind of them!

The hotel was a bit chaotic, often having cleaning stuff or other things from the personell laying around in the hallway. Breakfast was okay.

Since the rooms all have large glass windows, you can see into the other rooms. Not a huge deal as you can lower the shade of just one window to allow more privacy and still have good views.

Great location with views of the lake. They offer a breakfast which isn't anything special but is nice to enjoy on the waterfront without having to go anywhere. The room was comfortable and quiet.

Toilet seats with hot sitting during cold seasons is a bonus point but not a must. If hotel can provide lunch n dinner with a fee of course, that will be great.

The staffs are very responsive, helpful and friendly. They are very cheerful esp the only lady who always give her brightest smile & greet is, gives a lot of information. 👍😊 The Breakfast is also very delicious too with high tea provided. Very unique. The scenery is awesome and amazing.

The B&B is a bit off the tourist route given it a quieter atmosphere. The amenities are basic and the room is clean. Most importantly, the lake view from the room is amazing. Also the terrace by the lake is a great place to rest and take in the view.
