The room is spacious with full lake view. Nice breakfast.

Would be nice to have a fitness room in the hotel.

Beautiful lake view from our room. Friendly staff. Free snack and afternoon tea. Good distance to the pier and to restaurants. It’s nice that the staff allows the orange stray cat to stay there but feels sad that they don’t feed it or take care of it. It looks very skinny and hungry.

The surrounding area is quite run down and not a pleasant feeling when you arrive at the property. The lobby toilet smells bad and can use better cleaning or ventilation improvement. There’s a big cart blocking more than half of the stairs entrance to upstairs which is a fire hazard and should be fixed. Small selection for breakfast. The outside area is pretty; however not too inviting to hang around. It looks nice but it is a small area. It’s humid and smelly.

The view was very relaxing and location is near the local market

Nice location by the lake. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast offers a good variety of steamed veggies, which I was grateful for as a vegetarian.

Some moldy soots in the bathroom (but bathroom was super clean). Refrigerator in the room makes noise from time to time, I needed earplugs..

To get to Sun Moon Lake. It took many hours travelling by train. We were staying one night at the property. The property surrounded by the lake and forest. We enjoyed so much the lake views. It was so beautiful.

We had left over breakfast (not much left) because we were late came down.

The views from this hotel are just wonderful. It is peacefully set back away from the main road and we especially liked that we could stay in a 2 room cabin where we were all together but with privacy. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind - we were very happy and grateful.

it would be helpful to have food available a little later - breakfast finishes at 9am. Be aware that local restaurants close at 8pm if you want to order food for dinner.

A lovely, quite location with a beautiful view of the water and only a couple of minutes walk to the street stalls and ferry. Free parking available.

Hard to fault. Only thing I can think of it was very busy at peak breakfast time so we went and did the ferry trip around the lake and then came back just before breakfast ended. All the food had been replenished and every table was available, including the best ones ones which were outside with a view of the lake.

Huge room with great lake view! Very spacious, comfortable bed and big shower. Really enjoyed the modern aesthetic of the hotel. There is complimentary breakfast (congee, cooked food) and afternoon tea (local tea and local snacks). The afternoon tea was really tasty, and we even went to buy the snacks to take home from town! The location of the hotel was good, as it was located at the Ita Thao town with plenty of food options. Staff were very friendly and were responsive to requests. They even gave us a free gift for the Dragon Boat festival, which was very kind of them!

The top floor doesn't have an elevator and you have to walk up stairs - though, the staff helped us carry our luggage up the stairs so not a huge issue!

The hotel was a bit chaotic, often having cleaning stuff or other things from the personell laying around in the hallway. Breakfast was okay.

No fruit option for breakfast. Small lift. They dont respond to messages sent via Booking.com, have to email instead.
