To consider tourist who doesn't like Taiwanese porridge, an option to have some fried eggs or ham to go with the bread.

We have our driver so we have no problem to locate this place. Very nice area, up in the mountain, able to view sunrise from our balcony. We only stay 1 night. Breakfast was the same Taiwanese porridge. I do hope the hotel has a option for tourist who don't take porridge to have fried eggs to go with the bread instead of just peanut butter and jam.

Location is alright but need more directions to get to this place. The road is narrow and not a proper pavement - need to inform guests ahead of time as we kept thinking that we went the wrong way because the place is literally not visible from the actual main road.

Breakfast is modest. One good thing is there are good options for hot beverages.

Traditional Chinese breakfast provided. The staff was helpful. It's better if travel with own vehicle, however we used the public transport and it required a short walk, not too far but it's dark at night.

Not possible to find the location on your own even with GPS travelling with a child. Luckily the host came to pick us up when we asked for help. The location is on an unpaved road. you either have to hand-carry the luggage or risk the wheel being damaged. We walked ourselves out on the last day.

The room was really nice, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable - all and all the whole room felt very pleasant. The huge plus was the view from our own balcony - beautiful mountain scenery. The staff was absolutely grate and super helpful. We didn't have our own car, so they drew us to the nearest restaurants, 7/11.. also we have made the mistake of not booking the bus in advance, but the hotel manager was so sweet to help us out find our own driver. No lift and we have to carry our luggage to our room on the third floor with no help. No heater in room and the electric blanket takes a long time to heat up. Room is always cold and unwelcoming. We stayed 2 nights and they did not even tidy up the room when we were out. They have only one worker who cooked breakfast and managed the ‘minsu.’ Same breakfast everyday - white porridge with pickles and white bread/buns with jam.
