The toilet may b a little dim , But still ok for me.

It’s in a quiet area, yet just a short walk to Qiyan Station. The staff are excellent—friendly and very helpful. There’s also a 24-hour area where you can buy drinks and snacks, which comes in especially handy when you need something late at night.

It is quite out of place in terms of travelling, the MRT is a 5-10 mins walk away and Beitou itself is situated further from the usual tourist spots.

Really loved the whole experience at Aloft. The staff were helpful, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, really appreciate the kind gesture. Room was spacious and clean, very well equipped as well. Interior was very new and made it a very enjoyable stay. There is also a convenience store just less than 3 minutes walk away for late night cravings.

Plenty of breakfast choice to satisfy the need of guests from different countries, which is very good. Room is very clean. I got myself locked outside the room, and they come up to save me, a little embarrassing from myside, but they are very helpful.

The set up of the closet. The stick where we hang a few cloths is usually parallel to the user. yours goes from inside towards the user. not convenient to use.

The staff was very friendly and provided some friendly advice about location, amenities around etc. Beautiful room. The metro station is about 5-10 min walk away. There 7/11 and family mart on the way to the tube station and lots of food options closer to the metro station/ towards Beitou town itself.

Not enough mirror in the room. When my friend is inside the bathroom, I have no mirror to use to do my make up. Not enough hook in the bathroom to hang our clothes.

The exchange rate that the front desk giving is tatally crazy and unfair. When they asked you want to pay in TWD or your home currency (in case you book by paying at hotel, CHOOSE TWD!

Very boring bar area, not welcoming to dine there. A bit off track from the sights, in the middle of nowhere.

Nice, quite a new hotel with a contemporary design. Fantastic staff. Very convenient to grab some snacks and ice without using the room service (kudos!). Comfortable bed and facilities. Quiet in the night. Definitely recommend.

Traveling from the Red Line is a little difficult. But the walk is not far, it's acceptable.

Comfortable bed, layout that makes good use of the space available, pleasant view of the plain from the window. Efficient housekeeping, high standards of cleanliness. Excellent hot water supply for the shower which has been very much appreciated for the past few days. Good layout of power points and USB charging points at the bedside and desk, as well as a good nook for the hot water kettle.
