The hotel is located in a nice location with a lot of trendy shops/restaurants/DIY places around. It was also close Check-in was quick, luggage storage after check-out was nice, and the room/bathroom was spacious.

The room seemed a little old/worn, but still was okay!

Great location to the night market, surrounded by lots of shops for good food. Can lend games and there’s a water dispenser for any top ups of water.

The unit was crafted with the fire exit within. Nothing wrong but just interesting layout.

Friendly and helpful staffs. However, one thing that could have been improved is the communication of the hotel’s facilities during check-in. We only discovered on the last night that there was a coffee machine available in the lobby, and it would have been great to know about that earlier. It would be helpful if guests were provided with a bit more information about the amenities when they check in.

Could you please fix the bathroom lock? During my stay, it was completely unusable. Since we were in a room for four people, it caused some inconvenience. Additionally, I suggest providing a proper cabinet instead of just wall hooks, as we had to overlap the four towels to hang them and had no more space to hang other items.

Good location, easy 20 min walk from Jingwu train station. 24/7 reception. Strong wifi in common areas. "Kitchen" = fridge, microwave oven and kettle (no dishes / running water / sink). Complimentary tea and coffee. Hangers available if you ask! :)

8-bed dorm was super cramped already with six people. Poor wifi in the dorm. Lockers only in the common area. Drying a towel / any washing only inside dorm > loud dehumidifier helped but couldn't be used during the night time when it would've been needed the most. 2nd floor drinking water was only available in small bottles = lots of unnecessary plastic rubbish daily. Missing hooks in toilets + showers. No place in the shower for your own shampoo bottles where the floor was flooding with dirty water (drain higher than the floor / dirty water coming from next door shower). Toilet area cleaning was not done often enough. The emergency staircase in the building can only be used getting down and it's so full of storage things that you hardly get by = Guests' safety last?!

The staff is friendly and willing to help and the location is pretty convenient.

There is no sound proof for the room, it is quite annoying if there are noisy neighbours. And you might encounter someone was smoking in the room cause the room has a bad smell.
