The bathroom ceiling is covered in stains and mold. The "double bed" is just two single beds pushed together. The pillows are not very comfortable. My room was near the elevator and at night if you are a light sleeper you may have trouble falling asleep as the hall is noisy with people coming and going often.

The room was spacious for the price. The shower is extremely powerful (perhaps a little too powerful!) and very hot. There is a pasta restaurant downstairs if you need an emergency meal. There is also a breakfast restaurant across the road to eat at in the morning. For the price of the room it is fair value.

The hotel location is not very ideal but it is a quiet one. It is about 20mins walk to the nearest night market. No much food choices around the hotel. 30mins drive to feng jia night market

The hotel is clean, the room is okay for 2 person. The bathroom is quite well equipment even it is very compact except for the water tap is not functioning very well, else I will give 5/5.

Lack of communication with the staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Location was great and convenient to get around. The room has window and was quiet.

1. Just half separate bath and shower. Take shower then outside will get wet. 2. In room don't have white light illumination. (have yellow one) At night, feel not have enough illumination. 3. I'm 6'0. It's seem bed length not so enough. (but the bed is very cozy)

A fully closed off bathroom. The sink in the room rather than the bathroom makes it difficult for one person not to disturb the other when using it.

Modern, clean room, quiet. Parking not too far away that costs about NT 150 - 200 overnight. Staff was English-speaking and helpful. Very satisfied for the price.

Honestly just a little overpriced in my opinion. Room was a little dusty and dirty and there was an odd smell in the hall.

First, the staff was very rude. When I checked in, the staff was so rude to me; she didn’t explain anything, and when I asked her some questions, she was kind of angry. I was very shocked at the time and couldn’t ask more questions. Second, when I entered the room, there was a very strange smell, and I tried to open the window, but I couldn’t, and I put my stuff on the desk, but the desk was very dirty... I cleaned it myself! And then the first night I was going to take a shower, but there was a cockroach. The shower room has a small window, and there’s a very bad smell coming from outside. I tried to close the window, but I couldn’t do it. and I was taking a shower, but the water didn’t go down because something was clogged there. Omg! Third, there's no Q-tip, hand soap, or anything! There’s only toothpaste and a toothbrush; that’s it. The room's walls and floor are very dirty. And the price is not cheap at all compared to others! I’m really disappointed in the Amour Hotel... I’ll never go again!

The price is very expensive but the room is very small at all. Also no breakfast was provided in this hotel. In another words, the price is not fitted to the quality and service.

The location is closed to the city center. five minutes to the Confucian temple. I can only say that the location is the major advantage of this hotel

Firstly, we got a room we did not order, however there was not problem to change it. The other room was similar, but not the same as in the pictures. In general - the reality of rooms is a lot different than in the pictures. Moreover, the A/C was quite strong, and exactly above the bed, so we did not sleep much well (there was super hot without A/C). Relating to the breakfast, you need to go to order the breakfast to a canteen next to the hotel - my breakfast was quite fine (I ordered mashed potatoes), my bf breakfast was bad, he even did not eat it (he had noodles). We just expected more than that.

The staff was really friendly, especially a lady in the reception in the morning, she recommended us lots of things… I also liked we could keep our luggages in the hotel after check-out. Also, the location is not bad.
