Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Perfect position for exploring Taipei near to metro and bustling Ximending The staff went out of their way to be helpful with excellent recommendations and problem solving even our IT issues

Love everything about the hotel! It’s Muslim friendly and you may asked them about Muslim friendly room (bidet) & Muslim friendly breakfast. I had shrimp fried rice & beef noodles! Soo happy! Room was good and they gave out free slippers for you to keep. In the middle of Ximending area and its above Eslite Spectrum mall. If you see MAC , then you are close to the hotel. Lobby is at level 5 and laundry is free!

Just minor stuff, would be nice if they allowed early check in ( they are super on time and guarantees room at 3pm). The door to my room was weird, had to scan multiple times before it opens. No issues with the lift card scanning but the room had a lot of issues.
Love the staff service, especially check in staff Eva ( I hope I got her name right). Exceptionally friendly and welcoming, anticipating guest needs and was very patient with me. The housekeeping staff were friendly and professional, kudos to the entire team. I love that they have complementary usage of the washing machines. Especially in this hot weather of Taipei, it’s good to wash your clothes asap.

The NT4000 deposit required upon check-in, as I placed the deposit via card payment, still need to monitor this transaction for the next few weeks to ensure no deduction is made, which is pretty much a hassle.😜
The venue of the hotel is great, walking distance to those hot spots in Ximending. Hotel staff is very friendly too. And the hotel is clean and well maintained.

No toilet bidet , i hope they put one
I like the whole experience, first time i booked this property and i am happy. Location is good and staff are very friendly , i love most is the wi-fi (very strong) and i also like the way they put the room number (BIG Writing) so you could easily see it.

The remote to the tv quit working. Probably only needed new batteries.
The best thing about this property was the location. There were lots of restaurants and shops and the MRT station was close.

The room facilities were just basic. The hotel accommodates a muslim breakfast, which was reasonably good. The location is perfect for us, with the MRT just a 5–10-minute walk away. Around the Hotel, a lot of activities from morning to night.

Unfortunately, our room was noisy . There was a constant on/off probably to electric pumps system . Nothing preventing us to sleep, but certainly not welcomed and a bit disturbing
Very nice Position, in the heart of TAIPEI and easy to reach from the Airport via underground . Staff was welcoming and always ready to help. Breakfast was plenty of option (both Asian and Western) although it could be further improved by providing Croissants and Pastries

The room was more spacious than I expected, and was very comfortable, although could have done with more natural light. The location is good, a vibrant area, although about 10 mins walk from the metro station. It was easy to get there from the airport: train to the city and then a short (and cheap, 120 TWD) taxi ride to the hotel.
