I had hoped to have a kettle and mini fridge in the room itself (there are water — hot and cold — dispensers in the common room/hallway). The room (floor and shower) could have been a bit cleaner for me, I had some ants and once saw a cockroach in the bathroom, but especially the latter could have been due to the opened window in the shower and considering the countries climate and fauna, this is not surprising to occur (I don’t see it as the properties fault).

Amazing location and the Room is quite spacious with many storage options, lots of sockets, great AC and fairly new/modern. The communication via Booking was super fast and smooth (in great English); self-check-in worked perfectly. Money for value was amazing!

As I recall my stay, I dont have any issue with this hostel. All is good.

The is definately a good place to stay considering the pricing, the location, cleanliness of this hostel. I've been travelled around and staying at lots hostel and this one is the best so far especially in term of cleanliness. There is a coin washing provided as well. I'll stay here if I come to Taiwan again.

People not cleaning up after themselves in the shared sinks. People leaving their hair scattered across the floors. People hocking up woogies (spitting) repeatedly into the sink and it echoing throughout the hallways and rooms. I get that different cultures have different ideas of sanitation, but that's just gross in a common / shared facility.

The bed was firm and comfortable. Linens (including a towel) were provided and clean. The hostel was quiet and other guests were respectful. The facility was kept tidy, but one wonders how often it was actually cleaned--someone's makeup-removal residue, for example, sat in the common sink for 5 days (and then I departed), as did rings from someone pouring down (and clogging) the sink with what looked like crackers or porridge. Ultimately, it's the cleanliness of the other guests that will dictate how clean a place is.

The mattress have a little hole. have back pain when sleep. The walls of the room are thin. Do not soundproof. The cleaning staff at night talk loudly, walk loudly, hit the trash can lid loudly. I was woke up many times because of these sounds.

I'm not complaining but just I wanted to buy a coffee and there were not selling despite having the te coffee shop but you got a 7/11 right across the street and a family mart as well. So all good.

Location is great, bedroom as the picture. Quite spacious. Wi-Fi worked very well. Convenient store just across the street and many nice restaurant as well.

It was very conveniently located; it's not a far walk to the trains and right in Ximending. It's easy getting to/from TaoYuan (Express line from Taipei Main). The room itself has A/C, and it was very comfortable. The shared facilities were regularly cleaned, and there was hot water for the showers and everything worked great. The room itself was very small, but it was more than sufficient for our stay as we spent most of our time out and about anyway. The washroom was similarly small (if you have long legs, your legs might bump up right against the door).

Bring earplugs! I had my own room and still could hear everything, snoring, bathroom use, and corridor chatter. Still, it was a great value, but earplugs will help you sleep better!

Location was perfect! Just steps from Ximen's Night Market, bars, restaurants, and train stations. The area felt very safe, and I had an amazing time exploring this vibrant neighbourhood. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a private bathroom. The bed was comfy too! Note that there's no elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Although the facilities describe giving towels, the hotel staff keep saying and texting that they cannot provide towels. After talking to them, they agreed to give towels, but we were allowed to change for cleaner ones every 2 days.

I like the color theme that they used in the hotel. We liked the room. And the location is fantastic. Come. Ximen Walking district starts in 2 mins walk.

Checked in process smooth. BBUTTTT it was in another building bout 5 min walking distances. Which is not funny when u have trolley luggage on rainy days. i thought i booked a capsule room with a TV and covered bed. but i got open dorm with no TV. Cheated with pictures they shows in the apps. don't believe what you see in the picture. They provide TV at common areas but common areas quite zone. with many others are reading and do their things. So how possible to watch movie there. The bed will make a sound everything you move your buddy, Which is not a pleasant sound to other people in the room. even for you. if you don't have a luck on the day you may find someone move a lot on their bed and will make a symphony for you for all night long.

The toilet and common area are clean. They do provide fridge and fountain water to refill or for you to make you own instant noodles. very nearby with 7-Eleven and family mart. Internet was fast.
